She wont be. She will be alittle older and understand alittle more. I probably will sound like Rob's mother. You better get her out more often and practice with her. I guess that is the Gramma in me. Try her favorite movies in the DVD player or her favorite music. Bring along her favorite toys. You should see my car it is still full of favorite toys and books for the grandkids. (what a mess) I guess I was lucky my kids and grandkids used to sleep in the car whenever we traveled. If they did not sleep they would watch a movie, read, write, or play with their toys. Asiah still sleeps in the car whenever we are on our way to the gym or basketball. Erika my youngest daughter too likes to sleep in the car. She does not like to ride in the car so she sleeps. Diane
I used to break the trip up by having little gifts for the kids to open ever 100 miles. Coloring books or ninja turtles (that tells my DS age) or even a book with the tape. It was before DVD players. Last year when we went to Fl DS asked about every 100 miles where's my surprise. I still had a few things for them. I guess they will never be to old for traditions.
