They messed us up also and it was a struggle to straighten it out because all of the reservations had been made through DVC so DCL wouldn't talk to us! :lmao: Joanne and I kept PMing each other saying 'do you know who so & so is' because they kept putting other people at our table!:rotfl2: Joanne got it all fixed up though :thumbsup2

We will have at least a 10 person link at late seating - we might even have to split to 2 tables. Hope they don't screw that up!

I would advise you to go with two tables. I really didn't like having a table of 9 last time with Rob's family, it took forever for every single course :guilty:

LOL but you hate alot of things... making diet burgers and fries would be a challenge mind you ;) lol

Yup, you can challenge yourself :worship:

You can do up to 12 at a table, although we saw one on the Repo that was much larger than that.

I think the tables come in 4, 6, 8 and 12 top.

I thought you were really going this time :rolleyes1 :lmao:

That's a good point Cass - I didn't think about the service. Although, if we hit 14, we'll have to split anyway.

You're right about the creme brulee Bernie - it's the best I've EVER had and trust me, I've had a lot! Even better than Victoria & Albert's!

Say, how do you know about the creme brulee if you've never sailed on DCL before??? :confused3 Has your buddy Cass been putting sweet dreams into your head???:lmao:

I inundate her with menus and videos and books pamphlets and web articles and links :rotfl:

ok time for me to close down the puter and go upstairs and drag my hubby away from work..lol

TTYL  to those who need them!

Have a great dinner! :goodvibes

well i LOVE it.. so it can never be bad from anywhere.. lol and being on a ship eating it.. well that just has to make it even better right?? :lmao:

Oh, this is SO going to be quoted in our little game one day of who said this??? :rolleyes1 :rotfl: :rotfl2:

Well, I'm sure if you had a really good serving team, it would be ok. Ours was less than stellar

We were very fortunate this last cruise - our servers were outstanding! We were usually finished by the time the other SSMC08 table was getting their dessert (they had a different server team) - and we weren't rushed at all.

Our group of 12 was seated at Table #23.
Sorry about the quality of the pic.

My husband does happen to have a scar. Got hit by a wooden swing as a child and it looks like a vet did the honours of putting him back together  I still love him though

Ouch!! :headache:

We haven't taken a lot of pictures yet as we just got her from my nephew later in January (she just turned 4) and we've had to spend more time at the hospital with my dd since then. We got her after dropping off my sister & her family at the airport when they were flying out for the Jan. 31st cruise we were supposed to be on :( The dog was a great distraction for our kids who were pretty disappointed about not getting to go.

I'll be sure to take some pictures soon though. We're just starting to get re-settled back home after our latest round at the hospital and getting caught up on work and such. :laundy:

We like ALL pictures Dianne. This group will ooooh and ahhh over anything. :rotfl:

Well done Nancy. That was from thread 2!!
Good going girl:thumbsup2

I pay too much attention to silliness, don't I? :lmao:

Have fun kids! :grouphug:

Hope i'm on your buddy list... I hope, I hope, I hope.:flower3: :flower3:

Pffffft!! :snooty:

Oh, sure, I'll just bet you are!

Just wondering, while you were taking your usual cruise through He!! today, did you happen to see any snowballs? I think that would be about the same chance you would have of being on MG's buddy list

You got that right!!!:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

OK a almost cruise like question...

Fish extenders... I don't sew.... can I buy one?

Yuppers. I have inside connections Bernie. :lmao:

Anyone else read that DCL is revamping their menus??? :woohoo:

Yay! I would love to see a huge Caesar Salad on the menu sometime. :woohoo:

No I haven't, but it seems t be about time. I hope they bring back the Sea Bass to Lumiere's!

I'm hoping for the same thing Kathy. :thumbsup2

For the early KK1 seating, we had several big tables together (was it 5?) in the one corner, it was so cool to see everyone at dinner time every night. :thumbsup2 We all did some table hopping and visited each other during the meal :goodvibes We had some problems the first night though...they really messed up the linking and they had people mixed up everywhere. :scared:

I will be linking with a big group again for late dinner for BOB, I hope they don't mess it up this time :rolleyes1

I'm hoping to talk Chuck and the kids into late dining again Cass. If so, we'd love to join your corner of the dining room. :grouphug:

OMG!!!! I forgot to post the question of the day! Is it too late now?:confused3

Hazel and I now have late dining as well, we'd love to be part of a bigger group as we were in August 2006. Our tables kind of got messed up a little on that cruise however. We had three or four tables but they weren't all together like we had hoped........:sad2:

3 weeks with the grandkids? I thought the purpose of being the grandparent was to see them maybe for a weekend and send them home. :rotfl2:

Sorry to hear he won't be joining you. More time for you to spend with DISers then. :thumbsup2

Yeah, Sean and Cath moved their cabin into the one my dad had right beside us.:thumbsup2 And we were still able to "put" Alex in their room so we didn't have to get another cabin.

Good for you guys!! :goodvibes

Our servers were really bad! Well, they catered to Rob's family just fine but we had special needs with a 10 month old and they sucked! It took 30+ minutes to get Kira some milk, didn't have a high chair ready for her 3 of the 7 nights, were really really slow at getting her food and it was cold when it finally got there and even though we politely requested for our service to be sped up a bit (she only lasted about 1 hour in that chair before she got cranky!) we were always the last ones out of the dining room. Lori had a huge table right next to ours and they were always one course ahead of us :sad2:

Holy run-on sentence Batman!!

Animators Palate has a delicious Caesar salad

I'm keeping my fingers crossed Nancy :cheer2: :woohoo: :yay: :thumbsup2

Oh, oh us too!!! We are at Late also!!:yay:

Did you want me to add you guys to the Linked for Dinner Bobers, on the dining page???

Off to make supper, be back later :wave2:

WOW, with so many posting I didn't think I would have a chance at that FO........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
