Trying to get my body in gear this morning, but the tank seems to be running near empty these days............

I can't beleive that it was only a little over a week ago that we had all that snow. We just have a miserable cold wet day today. I'm scrap booking this morning and I have a hair appointment this afternoon.

They are good. There is no chance of them rebooking. It is volleyball and football season for the kids so they decided to cancel because of that.

Well we made it through the loud night just fine, thank God. There was a lot of damage reported in GA though. Off to work, gang!

Well, Tanya and fam should be landing in Orlando anytime now. They are staying at All Sports and going to hit all 4 parks in the next 4 days. I am soooooo jealous.

I hope they have a blast! I miss her around here too.

Thank you everyone for the get well messages. I'm up with my socks on and its only 9.15am - only took me 20 minutes today = 10 minutes per scok - I must be on the mend.

I cant believe just how little I can do at the moment - even sitting at the pc is still real painful.

I'm bored out of my skull... theres only so much tv you can watch

Hope you're better soon. Did you pull a muscle or is it possibly a pinched nerve or disc problem?

I know what a severe back pain is like and it is not fun.

So, 23 pages until the end, think we'll get there today? Only about 13 pages yesterday. But actually, I think we didn't see the most important Paige at all in a while. Where's she at? I remember a post or two from her ladies weekend.

Anyhow, back to the end of the thread. If we don't get it done soon we may leave Dawg chasing his tail. Although we could try and get #19 done before he gets back.

Skeleton crew in our office today. We have an event offsite which almost all our employees will be at. We'll be down to 3 of us by this afternoon in the office.

We got all the thunder & lightning also. Didn't get much sleep.

But the ride in this morning- Sunrise over the beach and Jimmy Buffet on the radio- doesn't get much better than that. Then work- ugh.

No idea what I've done - I keep putting off calling the doctors thinking it will be better soon ... me no likey doctors

I'll give it til Monday and then i'll call and make an appointment if I'm no better. The pain is all on one side, lower back. Cant twist or bend or drive but I can now walk very slowly. Its frustrating because its lovely and bright outside and fairly mild but I cant go anywhere.

I'm eating paracetamol and inflammation tablets like candy
