I hope you all survived the nasty weather. It was 64 yesterday and then we had snow flurries last night. SPRING WHERE ARE YOU!!!

At least the sun was practically up when I drove into work this morning - that is a step in the right direction, since it means the days are getting longer.

No idea what I've done - I keep putting off calling the doctors thinking it will be better soon ... me no likey doctors

I'll give it til Monday and then i'll call and make an appointment if I'm no better. The pain is all on one side, lower back. Cant twist or bend or drive but I can now walk very slowly. Its frustrating because its lovely and bright outside and fairly mild but I cant go anywhere.

I'm eating paracetamol and inflammation tablets like candy

Sciatica maybe? In any case, I hope you feel better soon.

Keep popping on here, but I cant stay long- this chair seems worse than the others

Hot water bottle is better - it forms to the area and provides a little cushioning. It's easier to get it into a comfortable position, plus no cord!

Thanks Jeff, but so far it has been another cloudy, damp, dreary day here in South Jersey. Been walking through light rain showers most of the morning......and I am chilled to the bone........
