OK, I wasn't going to post anymore tonight because of the rotten day I had, but a very good friend of mine called and told me to check out an e-mail she had just sent to me. She said it would cheer me up. Well, I just watched it, I have tears running down my face and I think I might have wet myself from laughter. :rotfl2:

Here is the link, listen to the man in the center, his laughter is out of this world................. http://videos.komando.com/2008/06/04/mans-surprising-laugh/ the video made the cares of the world flee from me, enjoy!!!......;)

So, where is Bambi's mother??? Do you think this little guy is an orphan?

It's quite possible, I saw this fawn yesterday, across the street from us eating berries off our neighbors evergreen bush, while I was shoveling the sn*w from the front of our house.

:rotfl:
Actually, after staying on 2, 5 and 7, deck 2 is our favorite!!!!

Glad they're back! Will it just be Andy and Hazel or is Lina coming, too?

Just Hazel and I, Lina is going to Cancun, Mexico with a group of her friends.

Ok, a bit of an update....

my baby sister is preganant!!!! Well, she's not a baby but to me she is. She's 26 and has been engaged for over a year now. They were planning on a Vegas wedding this May but she discovered 2 weeks ago that she's pregnant!!! I'm so excited to be an Aunt again.

Now I'll be her matron of honor at a wedding they are planning here at home at the end of April. I'm going to go pick out a dress this Saturday and also one for Amelia. We'll be wearing them for the cruise this October!

Congrats Aunt Mel!!! :goodvibes

I looked this up on Wikipedia - you must be really smart!!! :worship:

Goodie, I have you fooled.:rotfl2: Really, it's a great job. Very rewarding. It's a bunch of math and physics but other than that it's a piece of cake.:rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks for the breadcrumbs Kathy!
I never got to answer your question from yesterday though...I'm not feeling the best. We have a few concerns that the doctor needs to look at today. Thanks so much for asking dear. (I did say a few prayers for Mod Mary too).

Jeff So nice to see you back and posting with us. You'll have to tell us all about Mexico! Hope you all had a great time. Plz post pics!!

Cass: Nice to hear that Kira is doing better.

Lori: A cruise in May? Do tell. :)

Loved reading everyone's 25 interesting facts. I'll try to put a list together but may only come up with 5 interesting facts...the rest will be B O R I N G !!! :goodvibes

Heather: Thanks for the Valentine's. :flower3:

I am going on a 5 night Carnival with 2 girlfriends. We are going to Key West and Nassau. It should be fun. I'm a little nervous about cruising other than Disney but I will make the most of it.:thumbsup2

And believe me, those of us who need people like Lori are truly appreciative of their braininess! :grouphug:

:grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: You are in my thoughts and prayers. Hopefully you are feeling better this evening.:flower3:

Awesome time. Thanks for asking. Didn't do much except relax/play by the pool. Went to the beach once (I took DS another time), but it we just had a great time being together.

DS loves just spending time in the pool and with mom and dad so that was great too.

We will be doing something like this again. Maybe more will like to join next time. :thumbsup2

You can count us in.:thumbsup2 Sounds perfect to me.

Is it something like this???

A dosimetrist is a member of a radiation oncology team who specializes in the operation of radiation equipments (ie. linear accelerator) and calculations of dosages in cooperation with oncologists. According to the AAMD (American Association of Medical Dosimetrists), the Medical Dosimetrist is a member of the radiation oncology team who has knowledge of the overall characteristics and clinical relevance of radiation oncology treatment machines and equipment, is cognizant of procedures commonly used in brachytherapy and has the education and expertise necessary to generate radiation dose distributions and dose calculations in collaboration with the medical physicist and radiation oncologist.

That pretty much sums it up. But alot more fun.:goodvibes

I came home at lunchtime and saw this fawn in our side yard, eating leaves off the honeysickle vines on the fence.

Too cute, I hope he got home safely.

Let us know your dates and we can head down to London to meet up.:thumbsup2

After London we are heading up through England touring everything we can see. Then to Sean and Cath's home for a few days then on north of there. Sean and Cath are planning our trip and traveling with us the entire time. I definitely want to see all you UK BOBers while we are there.:thumbsup2

Yes, but it also mentioned that some of the programs only accept 15 people!

Yeah, we are a small group. The boards that we have to take to become certified are rediciously hard. They have things on there that we don't even do on a day to day basis. The pass rate is usually around 35-45%. It's crazy.:sad2:

It will be what you make of it - our very first cruise was a Carnival cruise. We heard horror stories and stories that had they been true, would have made us never want to cruise again. None of what we heard happened. I think a lot of it depends on when you travel with spring break being the most likely to be the rowdy crew. While there are things we like better than Carnival, we think each line has something to offer and something to favor. Our overall favorite is Disney, but a lot of that has to do with the casino, since we are not gamblers, and the theme/characters since we are huge Disneyphiles. We noticed a great level of service on Disney in most areas, but truth be told, our cabin steward was better on Royal Caribbean. Again, I think it will be what you make of it save any really horrific happening. I hope you enjoy the ship, your friends, and the itinerary! Make some great memories!!!

I am actually home sick today with a sore throat and a fever, so I'm DISing because it makes me feel better. :flower3:

I did actually finish the 1st section of my trip report today, which does have pictures, but of Disney (haven't gotten to that part yet). http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2042077

The King Cake recipe looks fabulous! It looks like something nice to make for the office for Fat Tuesday (is that OK?) Just one question - where to you get the baby to bake into the cake? Does Michaels have stuff like that?

Kathy, are you feeling better this evening. I sure hope so.:flower3:

I am definitely going in with an open mind. I really believe any vacation is what you make of it. I am going to relax and enjoy my girlfriends. I've never done a trip with just the girls so it should be great.:thumbsup2

Congrats Auntie Mel!!! :cheer2: Have fun dress shopping!!!

Oh no!!! What happened? How is she feeling today?

She's ok! She had a reaction to something and her face got all swollen and she got hives/welts all over her body. She has a dr appointment on Wednesday, we will talk to her doc about allergy testing.

The epipen we got her cost $150 and it expires July!!! :scared:
