Day 3 of my TR is up!

I have a couple of pics that my SIL just sent me from the reception after the funeral on Saturday....they are the only recent ones I have...

Karen, what time did you get to the park? The stand-by time is already at 25 mins and the Fast Pass return is 9:00 AM

We were there for rope drop - and the whole crowd headed for Toy Story. Neil joined the queues to get a fast psas and Ellis and I joined the queue for the ride. We were on in 10 mins but I think 3 or 4 minutes later and it was up to 30 mins

Karen, what did you guys do with the other guests? Looks like you had the park all to yourselves.

We did for a while The only busy bit was Toy story, the rest of the park was empty.

Then it was off to meet the Power Rangers

Oh Neil's inner Power Ranger didn't take much encouragement to come out, did it?

Anyone know where this is?... if so have you ever seen it this empty!

That's the great movie ride....I was so disappointed that some of the momentoes have been removed from the display cases.

Great question Walt! We saw the parade heading over to the WL last night, as we were riding on the boat back from the Hoop Dee Doo Revue.

Tonight we are having dinner at the hotel (The Wave), so we plan to be back to our room in time to see both the Electric water parade and Wishes from our balcony!

I can't wait for those pics. I'm gonna be green with envy.

Didnt have to use it at all yesterday - Neil didnt get a job last night so he dropped Ellis off for me to Cubs, MOT is today

I love this ride. I must admit we didnt even stop in the entrance area - as you saw there weasnt a single person in the queue! we just ran to the front and got on!

I'm off to do my 12,000 step walk again today round the park... its foggy and cold but I'm still going. Then I have to drop my car off to be MOT'd then straight into school, so more photos later if I get time.

And thank goodness for the disboards when you have had a bad day!

I have been sick for 4 weeks bc I somehow manged to get a chest cold and a head cold right after one another and now have some sort of bronchial infection. I do not have insurance so I have to pay $50 for an inhaler and have missed 5 days of work this month including today because I have had trouble breathing and been choking. And unfortunately when the DCL systmes were down this weekend, it caused DCL to put through my deposit for $250 twice. This was most of the money I had in my account for the next few days and since it takes several days to post to back my account I have to go through the trouble of going to a family member's house and borrowing money in order to get the inhaler and other medicine. Donna from Dreams Unlimited was very helpful as I was very concerned about my situation and I became a little emotional on the phone which is not normally like me bc I understand these things happen sometimes. (just a really rotten time for it though) She was so nice and was able to get DCL to at least put the refund through a little sooner. They weren't going to even process it for a few days which would make it 7-10 days before I got that money back, but at least now I should have it in 3-5.

Ugh sorry to be a bummer but I had to vent and just say that I love the Disboards!!! They keep me sane when I don't think I can be!!

We are back on cruise with all you crazy people! We deceided that we would miss you guys too much. Glad to hear that we were missed.

Lina and Brian came back here after their dinner date at The Olive Garden and we sat here and chatted for a couple of hours. Brian is a very nice young man.

Caught the very end of The Biggest Loser, won't say anymore for those who haven't seen it yet.

The sn*w has started falling here again and is supposed to be quite nasty by the morning rush hour.

OK, it's after 10pm and I really need to get to bed, see ya tomorrow.......

I'm keeping my fingers crossed for Lina.

Howdy All........it's a real mess here this morning. The overnight sn*w has now changed to freezing rain. We had about 3" of sn*w before the change over. The first snow plow went past our house at 4:34 this morning and then went past three more times in the next 30 minutes, waking me up each time it went past. Our bedroom is in the front of the house and it is only about 12-15 feet from the street.

I have to get myself ready to head outside and get the car cleaned off.
