Anyone tried crunchless abs? - I saw a tv commercial while we were in Florida and it looked quite good... I hate crunches

Yup, saw it. Looks good!

But I bought the Turbo Jam set instead. Haven't opened them yet, just received them a couple of days ago.

Good morning peeps

I did good last night - chose healthily for my dinner and had only 1 1/2 glasses of wine - the rest of the time I drank water

I made raisin mickey waffles thid morning but only had two little heads - no syrup

I'm up to 4000 steps so far today so just about on target

Hows everyone else doing???

I like hearing about your meals and weightlosses - it keeps me sane knowing I'm not the only nutter suffering

Afternoon Karen - good going. We went to my Brothers and although they did invite us to eat with them, we declined and ate before we left. Boy, was it windy last night.

Got on the scales this morning and got a pleasant surprise, I'm only 3/4 lb of my ww weight of 11st 9lbs Mind you I do like to be below this and as Rick wants to lose a few lbs before May, we will be eating healthy and exercising.

God Sunday morning! We had a few flurries here yesterday - just enough to say it was snowing. Now it is just dreary, rainy, and 39* - what a blah day. But with a fire going, it will seem cozier - even if we don't really need it. My bird feeder has been very busy - I love to see the different kinds.

Off to get the coffee!
