No clues...on this one.

Well I just got home & saw this & my guess also was Animator's Palette but I couldn't tell what the yellow thing was. It looks like bicycle helmet! Anyway now I've seen the answer!

My brother Rob stopped by for a quick visit as he was in the area to get his saxaphone fixed. Rob will be in Washington, DC next week playing music during some of the festivities going on down there...........

Interesting. Yesterday I was subbing for a music teacher. One of the student's father is a professional saxophone player & he brought in 4 types to show & play to the class. I also played sax in Jr. & sr. high but not very well! I can go for ages & not hear about saxes & in 2 days have 2 stories!

Hi all....


Just taking a quick break from work to check in. Thomas's school was closed today due to the wind chill, but Pete's mom happened to have the day off, so he's happily spending the day with "Grams" so Pete and I could go to work.

Not too much going on here....day 3 of being back on Weight Watchers and it's going ok. I resisted the temptation to buy a danish with my coffee this morning at work (had to get coffee to warm up!) so I was proud of that anyway.

I'm definitely starting to get excited for the cruise now...it's getting closer!!!!

Our schools didn't close but the kids had indoor recess yesterday, today & likely tomorrow.

As for WW, you go girl!!!! Good for you.

Interesting. Yesterday I was subbing for a music teacher. One of the student's father is a professional saxophone player & he brought in 4 types to show & play to the class. I also played sax in Jr. & sr. high but not very well! I can go for ages & not hear about saxes & in 2 days have 2 stories!

Rob plays so many instruments it's not even funny and he taught himself how to play each and every one. He is extremely musical. He picked up my clarinet one day when he was about 8 years old, heard a song on the radio and within a few minutes starting playing the song. I turned over the clarinet to him and never touched it again.......

This is the third time of photographing the parade.... I wasnt going to this time but we got a great spot just before the very end of the parade - right opposite the fire station.

Don't you just love the new character costumes with the eyes and mouth and that move!!! Amazing - it makes them seem more life-like.

OK, dinner is ready....Popcorn Shrimp with Mac and Cheese on the side. After dinner I am taking a nap. The temps really started dropping this afternoon and the winds got quite strong. I was able to get all the curb meters read, but my lungs are burning a bit from the bitter cold.

we've been there at that time a lot, but have never bought any of the foods at any of the stands. mikey no likey that fancy food.
who know what kind of different stuff they mix up in there??
i'll take my chicken strips or my burger every day.
Robin probably would try the diff foods if i would.
but thats not gonna happen
