Hope you're all keeping warm.

I'm doing well so far today with my steps - I'm up to almost 6000, with hours to go. I'm aiming to do the 900 I missed yesterday on top of todays 8000.

I'll do some while Ellis is on the wii this afternoon.

Am i the only crazy person that takes air freshners with them on holiday?

We take a little aerosol can eith us each holiday for the bathroom - Neil thinks I'm crazy ... no comments please .... I saw a teeny tiny one today so I bought it ready for the cruise ... Yes folks... I have actually started shopping for cruise things already. Makes it seem more real somehow. The "cruise bag" is in the corner of the spare bedroom and is half full already

I brought one of these on the PC cruise and put it in the bathroom you can set it to go off after so many minutes. You can get them at Target and Walmart

You're not the only one Karen. I bring 2-3 travel size bottles of Lysol to spray the phone, remote control, etc. and I bring a travel size air freshener, it comes in handy on the cruise in those tiny bathrooms

After the cruise we will plan a big WDW vacation. Perhaps a couple of years after that we will plan a DL vacation. I want to wait until the kids are a little older as the flight would be their longest. They do okay to Orlando, but Los Angeles is about double what they are used to.

It is a long flight! I want to go back and stay at the Grand Ca Hotel. We stayes at Pier Paradise last time.

I need a little favor from my DIS friends.

Jesse's aunt/Godmother is going through her third Breast cancer diagnosis. She is only 38 years old with 3 young children. She cannot get chemo or radiation treatments and the doctors are not hopeful at all. Unfortunately, she doesn't have long to live.

Please keep Suzie and her family, DH Dave, DS Derrick, DD Alex, and DD MacKenzie in your thoughts and prayers.

I don't like posting stuff like this here, but how else can I get some prayers for the family if I don't ask for them?

ok i guess. because the wedding is nearly 5 hrs away cassie's doing most of the planning. she knows the area. the halls booked . a photog friend of theirs is taking the pics. and we are flying in a DJ from Canada (and his family). i think their names are rob, cass and kira.
cassie vows this will be one of the cheapest weddings ever.
we'll see.
she's really not into the whole "fancy production thing".
she's wearing robins dress and her and the fiance have said they are both wearing "chucks"(tennis shoes) during the ceremony.
my mom will have a fit. my dad will just laugh.

Good for them. Ryan's wedding in July is going to be a big production. The Bride is already stressing out and Tommy is not helping. He has threatened to show up in a tuxedo tshirt. I thoought she was going to have a melt down.

Good morning peoples

Had a blast with Cass last night as always and she is a fountain of info.. my poor brain try's so hard to keep up with her

I got home at just before midnight and then clean and prepped everything for my stew (cooking in the crock pot all day). So 1 am rolls around and we crawl into bed... then my lovely cats decide at 4 am that I have had enough sleep and pestered me till 6, I get up do my dishes and make our lunch.. then workout... then shower get ready and now I sit at work like a zombie! sleeeeeeeeeeeeeep where are you?
the only reason i needed to clean is our elderly neighbor is coming for supper tonight, her husband is in the hospital for some surgery and we didn't want her to get lonely. Tomorrow is friday right?..lol I am soooo going to bed at 10 tonight..LOL

PS Dawg... there is a pillow fight pic in your future.. it will be of the winner

I always take frebreeze with me for the dirty clothes and after someone in our room uses the bathroom and it is not me.
