I need a little favor from my DIS friends.

Jesse's aunt/Godmother is going through her third Breast cancer diagnosis. She is only 38 years old with 3 young children. She cannot get chemo or radiation treatments and the doctors are not hopeful at all. Unfortunately, she doesn't have long to live.

Please keep Suzie and her family, DH Dave, DS Derrick, DD Alex, and DD MacKenzie in your thoughts and prayers.

I don't like posting stuff like this here, but how else can I get some prayers for the family if I don't ask for them?

Well DS is happy...no school for him tomorrow and possibly Friday. What a lucky duck. To be a kid again..

Rachel is happy too, no school for her tomorrow either and she is already hoping for Fri. too because they are saying Fri. morning is supposed to be colder than tomorrow morning and the windchill warning is up until noon on Fri. Try and stay warm everyone!

Can I just tell you how much I love this thread! Remind me never ever to go over to the Community (and I use that word lightly) Board. I not only had to defend my husbands profession, but I had to defend the fact that my daughter has a right to an education! When did that board get so ugly!

Good morning peeps

I got just over 7000 steps done yesterday so not as bad as I thought. 900 short of target but .

Heres to a new day and another 8000 steps

Neils away at the moment - back on Friday, so its harder to fit everything in. I am in awe of single parents - how they do it all and still keep sane is amazing.

Off to treadmill for a whiole before my haircut

Really? That's rather odd - Walt had so many different jobs and believed in hard work. And to him, education was a way of life - I guess it takes all kinds even on the DIS boards by so called Disney-lovers/fanatics/philes.

Oh my....what terrible news.

ok i guess. because the wedding is nearly 5 hrs away cassie's doing most of the planning. she knows the area. the halls booked . a photog friend of theirs is taking the pics. and we are flying in a DJ from Canada (and his family). i think their names are rob, cass and kira.
cassie vows this will be one of the cheapest weddings ever.
we'll see.
she's really not into the whole "fancy production thing".
she's wearing robins dress and her and the fiance have said they are both wearing "chucks"(tennis shoes) during the ceremony.
my mom will have a fit. my dad will just laugh.

Me and MG are on the same wave length....glad that the planning is going well.
