Well, good morning people. My pedometer is back on my waist and I'm aiming for 6,500 today. I started at 5000 the day before yesterday and upping it til I reach 10,000.
I too am back on my diet (of sorts) and trying to lose some weight. The good news is that I didnt put any weight on on holiday.

We were so busy I'm not that suprised. We crammed more parks and more shopping into less days this time, and between us we only managed to eat 32 slices of Wlamart chesecake.

(I had 30 and Ellis and Neil had 1 each)
Anyway, no time to chat, I'm off for a walk round town -in -4 degrees
