And I really like Colbert, but the special was stupid

i watched it too. it wasnt very good.

Joanne - Sounds like you have a happy house full! I am hoping ds has some friends over while he is home - trivial pursuit, Taboo, X-box - fun!

We love playing games. Finish lines is the mom's favorite, the boys like trivial pursuit, but I don't retain so well......

Okay - and while I'm waiting, I'm thinking of more questions.... have you always been like this? Did your mother keep your baby food in its jars at meal time - is that where it started? What about cake with icing - can the icing touch? Chocolate eclairs or cream puffs? Will you eat those? What about PB&J? See, I can't eat PB&J unless it's all mixed together - there is nothing worse than PB on one side and J on the other and when you bite into it, you get a big jelly glob - yuck! What about things like raisin bread, banana nut bread, or cookies with m&m's in them? There is so much to know about this uniqueness!

While I'm at it - do you or did you as a child like to finger paint or play with playdough? If so, did you mix colors or make playdough things with different colors. I am really intrigued! This is definitely quite interesting! Fruit cocktail? Ice cream with a topping?

my mom complains to this day about how picky of an eater i was.
robins learned to live with it.
deserts are a whole different category. most things can touch there. fruits are ok too.
as far as sandwiches, i eat just meat and bread or bun. no lettuce or tomatoes or crap like that. pb& j is ok though.
if you ever figure it out, let robin know.(she's been trying for 30 plus years.

Mike, wasn't there like 5-6 BOBers that are like that? I know for sure Lori, but there were more too! Christian maybe? I remember you were all going to have a DIS meet onboard and there were going to be a single plate buffet

Me too! I love they way it plops onto the dish and has those little lines from the can indented into it! Yummy!

Hi Everyone......

Just wanted to drop by and wish everyone in the USA a Happy Thanksgiving tomorrow, and say hello to everyone else.

We have been very busy here. I put in about 20 hours overtime over the past week and a half, and will also be working overtime this coming Friday and Saturday. The overtime is nice, but it leaves very little time for anything else. Lina has two part-time jobs now, so that keeps mom and dad busy taking her back and forth to work. Mom takes the daytime runs, and I do the nighttime runs.

My online time has been very limited to say the least. I think I have only made about 5 posts on the DIS in the past two weeks. Sorry, but I haven't been keeping up on this thread, but I did receive a PM from MG this morning.

I was so sorry to hear about Paige's surgery, but happy to hear that the post surgery reports sound promising. Get well soon Paige.....

The saving grace for me has still been getting to the gym on a regular basis. As of this past Saturday I am now down 32 pounds.

OK, dinner is ready, so I'll close for now........bye all.......
