Our kids aren't good with activity after dinner so we're usually back at our resort. BUT, pre dinner we are tentatively planned for Epcot (if their mood allows it) followed by dinner at Spoodles.
:dance3:
I'm up for it

Mel - where are you on the 20th pm? Epcot?

Monring! Very late but I needed the sleep. My sweet groom snores, so it is not a very restful night's sleep.

Good night and hope you feel better in the morning...Sleep is the best remedy for me...:cloud9:

Walt :cool1:

Yep, I could use sleep.

Well, we did it or I should say Amanda did it. We now have a cat 12. Cross your fingers for an upgrade. I hear that sometimes happens to folks in that category. I really don't care what stateroom we are in. I just want to cruise! I figure that if I need to hide, there are plenty of places to do that. Lots of nooks, crannies and secret decks :)

You're closer to us - we're on 2

Hope you feel better. I gotta go pack. Are leaving after work,

Thanks!

Did loads more packing yesterday. I tried on all my shorts etc...:scared1:

Holy cow! - I can't eat between now and the 18th Dec.

I hope its warm enough for 3/4 trousers and T shirts... but I have a feeling we're going to get cold weather:rolleyes:

I'm packing 3/4's and jeans

I'm planning on capris and t-shirts unless it changes drastically between now and then.

Have a great day all!

 :dance3:
welcome to the dungeon with mike and robin.:woohoo: :rotfl2:
dont forget to pack your oars.

oct 07 cruise we were upgraded to a cabin with a porthole.:dance3:
free window

So, Annette & Amanda abandoned us up on 7 to move to the dungeon with Mike & Robin! :sad2:

Not me! As a very wise woman I know once said "Have Veranda, Will Cruise'!!!

Good evening everyone...

Looking at the talk of rebooking and everything. I booked with the 50% deposit discount, so I will just keep that and see what the oil price/shipboard credit comes up with. I just got a Disney Visa so maybe I can have a bit of credit and some rewards as well. :thumbsup2

I also got the 50% deposit discount. But I also have $275 shipboard credit, so I think I'll stay put. :thumbsup2

Yes our niece did one semester of college down there too and then Disney offered her a job when she graduated. She really loves dancing and working for Disney. She has been dancing since she learned to walk. Di

How exciting for your niece! That must be the coolest job in the world! :yay:

I feel the same way. The cruise bug is hitting me more and more every day. This is especially true with each cold day! The tropics are calling me.

Me too. :sad2: Although, I do have 5 nights at the Contemporary in January, courtesy of my big bro. So that should take the edge off a bit. :cool1:

ewwwwww we will be there this week end. I really just want to see all the Christmas decorations and visit with the in laws. Except they have three little girls 3-4-6. I have never been with little ones so this should be fun.

Please don't gloat so loudly! :rotfl2:

:rotfl2: What a brilliant phrase!:rotfl2: - I'm going to have to remember that:lmao:

I like that one too!

You should be fine. Evenings get a little chilly this time of year.

How you feel better soon Pixie! pixiedust:

Good morning everyone.

Some of you have been booked for a year??? Wow I couldn't imagine the anticipation of waiting 22 months for a cruise, but hats off to all of you. Please tell me this last year has gone by fast.

We'll be in Epcot all day so maybe we could meet for a quick hello and and icecream or coffee before you leave? We dont stay in the parks late either. We eat offsite, usually around 6.30.

I'm planning on capris and t-shirts unless it changes drastically between now and then.

:thumbsup2 I'm watching the forecasts!

Where do you usually eat offsite? Most of the places we have ate at offsite were pretty bad, but then again, we haven't done it much.

Don't forget, several of us, probably about 20 DISers here, and then some of those who aren't able to make it with us, just sailed together on the 10/20/2007 cruise. This is the KK2 cruise for our group. We had this day planned before we got off that cruise, so we just moved from that board to this one when it opened up.

So basically we had it planned for 24 months.

I have one booked already for October 2010 and that was over 2 years from when we booked it. I usually have 2 open cruises going. Right now though, I have 3. One is a dummy date for 2011 on the new ship or to use for a last minute get away.

As long as they're evergreens, I'll be fine. :rotfl:

Actually, with the 1/2 deposit requirement, I was able to hold two add'l open for what I normally would hold open. With it getting cold here now, I may use the dummy one to get away in February. It's going to be a long cold winter here I think.

You could always have a San Antonio Vacation at Sea World and Fiesta Texas and Uncle Walt and Aunt Di could give you the "Quarter" Tour of the Hill Country...:thumbsup2

Maybe other BOBers would like a Texas Meet/Greet

Walt :cool1:

I'd like to go on the new ship in 2011, but I am thinking we will probably go to WDW that year for at least a week. Maybe we will get on a new ship in 2012.

if you're hanging out with rob and cass, you wont be sleeping anyway.
rockn bar d all nite. then cass has a hot tub party by the pool.:woohoo:

LOL, well you got the hot tub part right anyways ;)

LOL and who might I add is watching the little princess Kira during these wild partys?..lol

We will be dropping her off at Mike & Robin's cabin :rolleyes1 :rotfl2: I don't think Mike will be back at Rockin' Bar D anyway ;) :lmao:

What's the temps like in Feb/Mar?

Dont forget we're used to eating English food so anything over there is good:rotfl2: We're not really into "posh" stuff. Having Ellis' allergy makes it hard enough so we choose somewhere that does plain burgers or pasta and we know we're usually ok.

We usually do TGI's and places like that. We dont have many good steak or burgers here so we feast on them when we're there.:goodvibes

Karen - here's a fun website for travel planning. You tell it where and when you are going and it gives you all this historical weather data! :cool1:

http://www.wunderground.com/tripplanner/index.asp

Thank you - I'm off to take a look:goodvibes :thumbsup2
