So the question of the moment is....

Working hard OR hardly working?

Can I have both? Working hard when you posted the question and hardly working now.

As I say, it is going to be "hot and stupid" this weekend.

Maybe I'll rethink seeing you then if you're going to be crabby.

Jeff, I'm crabby after 80F. Fair warning. (I should live in Alaska).

I answered your emails, well maybe not all, but when a good 25 come in within a day.....

I thought the prerequisite for being an accountant was to be able to count. C'mon Jeff, I'll help you. 1, 2, 3, etc..

not a repo or a harley trip but in 30 days our grandson should be born.

dil saw the doc the other day and although the due date is sept 8, the doc thinks she'll pop early.
(sept 3 sounds nice. )

Here it is... The extra hand near the '6' is a second time zone hand. I need to set it properly. Since I work in aviation, I'm always having to convert local time to zulu time. It operates independently on the 24 hour clock on the outer ring.

I'm just trying to keep cool inside til I go to work in two hours. I had a daddy & daughters breakfast at IHOP this morning and ate all of that bad stuff (cholestorol ridden). But it sure tasted good!

when cassie was in grade school they had donuts for dads day. the dads got to go into the school and dunk a few with their kid. .
it turned out to be popular so they added muffins for moms day that same year.

Asiah did her 800 run today. She did well improved her time 20 seconds. She was alittle disappointed she did not get a medal but her coaches told her how well she did and now she is fine. Asiah has her next run on Friday. It is her relay. Kristen, my daughter is up in Detroit with her while I am home with Elijah. He started football last night. He is so excited. When Asiah gets back she will start back in cheering. Another busy fall season with them. Diane

robin was in her glory when paige and rob strolled in. i tried to get rob to help me out and tell her that stuff was junk. but PAIGE was NO help at all
and encouraged her to buy more. what is it with you chicks? you always stick together.

Offered her a good price for one of those hats...She refused the bargain...

Yes, Di and I had that same argument in Cozumel. I bet you and Robin felt the tension outside....Di ended up not buying it...I never heard the end of what a bargain it was.....

I took the heat to save money...

Spent most of the afternoon filling out an accident report, police report and making a visit to the township doctor all because some Poodle decided to take a chunck of my leg. Now I have to wait until the Board of Health calls and fill out a report for them as well. The homeowner thought his Poodles (2 of them) were out in the backyard, little did he know, he wife had let them in and the dogs were in the utility room where the water meter was located.

Needless to say, one of the Poodles is not fond of meter readers, or mailman, as I found out. The mailman was coming up the walk as I was leaving the house, he told me the same dog went after him before.

My leg is a bit sore and swollen around the bite area, but other than that, I feel OK. I should have a nice black and blue mark in a day or two. The dog had all his shots and is in good health, but the doc gave me some antibiotics to take just to be on the safe side.

The joys of my job.........

Now I am an unnaturally light brown with blonde highlights.
Oh and he will just be fine with the 2 red dresses I have packed.

Yes, I am not fond of Dogs either...Was knocked of my bike when I was a paper boy...Still today, my subconsious reflects when I am near a dog...
