Another brutal day here, already went through 3 bottles of water this morning while reading 130 meters. I have 15 curb meters to read after lunch to finish this meter book. I know I'm sweating off more pounds today.....:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

O.K., here is what Mole Sauce is (from Wikipedia):

Mole poblano
Mole poblano, whose name comes from the Mexican state of Puebla, is a popular sauce in Mexican cuisine and is the mole that most people in the U.S. think of when they think of mole. Mole poblano is prepared with dried chile peppers (commonly ancho, pasilla, mulato and chipotle), ground nuts and/or seeds (almonds, indigenous peanuts, and/or sesame seeds), spices, Mexican chocolate (cacao ground with sugar and cinnamon and occasionally nuts), salt, and a variety of other ingredients including charred avocado leaves, onions, garlic. Dried seasonings such as ground oregano are also used in order to provide a rich thickness to the sauce, bread crumbs or crackers are added to the mix.

Here is a picture of what Enchilada's Mole looks like:

Walt gets chicken mole once in awhile. We really like Mexican food and here in San Antonio we have lots of great restaurants to visit and enjoy. Diane

Cool that what she has. She's just amazed by your pages. Thinking she knew her way around that program she just admitted that she must not know how to use it at all.

:rotfl2: OY! You've really got her now! Here it is midnight and she over there teaching herself how to scrapbook with photoshop.:rotfl2:

LOL, that's too funny Steve! I've made a Photoshop monster!! :lmao: There's a lot of free tutorials out there on the web for digital scrapbooking :thumbsup2

I still have 14lb to go:rolleyes1

You are almost half way!! :thumbsup2

My god Cass...they are superb. Put my handmade versions to shame.

Cass - Where do you get all the graphics and borders for your pages????

Most of the stuff I make myself in Photoshop, some of it I download from the internet from various digi-scrap sites :thumbsup2

I just ate my Special K w/ Red Berries. That is some good stuff isn't it. I will eat it for dinner as well if we have nothing planned and I don't know what to have.

I eat other cereal as a snack sometimes too. They are usually low in WW points, 2, and you can have stuff like Frosted Flakes. That is a good way to get something sweet.

Side note, I looked at the WW points for one of the small Hostess donuts DS was eating this morning and it was 1 1/4 per donut (about 1 1/2 inches in diameter).

If you are looking for something good to drink during the day other than straight water, go to Wal-Mart and get their "Great Value" brand sugar-free lemonade. It is also sodium and calorie free. It is really good lemonade. Beats straight water and I find myself drinking more liquid that way at no cost to the diet.

Suz gave Nancy some of the Ice Tea they have (also sugar free). I don't drink that stuff, so I'll let Nancy comment on the taste.

I usually drink my Iced Tea straight up. No sugar no sweetener but the stuff Suz gave me was really good. :thumbsup2

I am a diet pepsi aholic. I keep those 100 calorie packs in the house. That way the portion is controlled. It's week ends that kill me.

Weekends kill me too Joanne. Im good as gold all week long until Friday night. Then it seems I "Start over" every Monday.

My problem would be not stopping after 1-100 calorie pack. :sad2:

Me too Jeff. I love the Quaker Chocolate Mint rice cake packages. 2 WW points for one pack. :upsidedow

Diane, I was just watching the Food Channel last night (Diners DriveIns and Dives) and they featured a Home-Cooking restaurant in San Antionio. Too bad I can't remember the name of it though. They had some good looking stuff though. :goodvibes

Are you a 6/30 year-end?

My last company was 9/30. I kinda like not having it on 12/31.

no 12/31. We are way too busy in the summer it would make me crazy.
