Funny how Milwaukee was recently voted the sexiest city in the U.S. :rotfl2: They sure weren't taking any pictures of all us little piggies at the zoo this weekend to come to that conclusion.

i know i saw more than a few WI hotties last oct. on the Magic.:cutie::cutie:

Salad for breakfast? :confused3 What kind of salad Andy??

Haven't made it outside yet.........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

The salad was a mid-morning snack, I had my breakfast at 5:30 before I went for my morning workout........;)

My salad was made up of lettuce, carrots, Jersey tomatoes, Silver Queen corn that I cut off the cobb, croutons and fat free dressing. It was quite tasty I might add!!! :thumbsup2

i'm thinking of having robin make me up a shirt that says "verandah man" for this oct cruise. then we'll get all kinds of special treatment.
probably dine with the captain each nite. :cool2:

breakfast buffet is one of my fav parts of the cruise.(hence the weight gain)
:scared1:

Chuck's too. He thinks he ate half of the bacon that was alloted (sp?) for ALL the passengers.

DO YOU KNOW WHAT THE #1 SONG WAS THE DAY YOU WERE BORN?

http://www.joshhosler.biz/NumberOneInHistory/SelectMonth.htm

My song is: "The Ballad of Davy Crockett" by Bill Hayes

How cool! Thanks Andy :thumbsup2 Mine just happens to be a song I love..."Horse with no name"

Really had a bad start this morning. Arrived at Riverwinds at 6:05am and first did 100 tummy crunches, then went on the treadmill and after about 3 minutes I had had enough. I was going to head home but decided to give the bike a try. I set the bike timer for 30 minutes, after 10 minutes, I called it quits. Went to the ellipitcal machine and thought I'd give that a 5 minute try. The minimum timer on the elliptical is 10 minutes, so I set the timer and started. I managed to get all 10 minutes in on the elliptical. By the time I got off the elliptical I started feeling like my old self and decided to give the treadmill another try. I set the timer at 15 minutes then kept increasing the time until I finally got it up to 60 minutes. All in all, I burned off 775 calories this morning, which was a whole lot more than I thought I was going to do after the first 10 minutes.

I know what the problem was. I stayed up until midnight to see the Michael Phelps/Mark Spitz interview on TV. I was so pumped up after watching win the 100 Butterfly that I had some trouble falling asleep so I took one of my Herbalife Sleep Now tablets. That's why I had such a hard time getting motivated and moving this morning. I was kind of still in a fog the first hour at Riverwinds this morning, I'm just glad I stuck it out and didn't come home at 6:15 like I almost did.

I'm now back home eating a nice tossed salad with fat free dressing!!!

Great job Andy :thumbsup2 ...I feel like that most days and somehow I manage to get a 45 minute "run" on my elliptical 5 times per week. By the time 20 mins comes around I find myself negotiating with myself :lmao: Maybe just do 30 mins today and I will eat really well :rolleyes1 I know I won't eat REALLY well so I always stick to my 45 mins

You should see what that crazy dog does during football season. He is so used to everyone yelling and screaming "touchdown" that he runs around all excited. Actually, at any time, you can jump and yell "touchdown" and he'll run around like crazy...even during some boring tv show.

I would love to meet that little fur face one day ::yes::

Well, since I did so well at Weight Watchers yesterday (:sad2: ) Chuck and I are heading out to Zoo a la Carte today. You get to walk around the Milwaukee County Zoo and graze on food from a ton of vendors. You have to buy food tickets once you get in and then you can sample food from all over the city.

Here's a link to all the restaurants that will be featured. It's kind of like Disney's Food and Wine Festival on a much smaller scale. Hmmmm, I wonder if Bendy wants to come along.

The restaurant that Tony manages will be there for the fifth year in a row now. Tony, Kristin and Stacy will be working there all weekend. It also gives us a chance to see Kristin and Jesse's wedding reception hall for the wedding this November.

Oh wow, those menus look way better than WDW's :goodvibes :lmao: Hmmm Simma's, Applebees, Big Ben's and Woody's wouldn't be able to get rid of me :rolleyes1 :rotfl2:

Have fun Nancy!!!!!!!!! :goodvibes

Instant Karma!! Poetic Justice!!! What goes around comes around!!
I was being stupid just now and jumped up to yell "touchdown" for Cabo and I knocked over my DCL coffee mug and broke it!!! : (I swear that dog is laughing at me right now).

Wonder if any of those RepoBobs will pick up a new one for me???

Maybe Karma just thought you needed a new mug :rolleyes1 :teeth:

Me too! I never have breakfast at home, well...I have a bowl of Vector every morning but what I really want is bacon and eggs and hashbrowns and a chocolate croissant :lmao: :cool1: Although I must say I was unimpressed with the breakfast buffet on the ship last October. I hope the food quality improves by the time we board next year...I know a lot of people have been complaining about it.
