Good morning everybody :goodvibes

We had a nice day yesterday - park and garden first, then off to the suoermarket forall the stuff for a BBQ!

Daddy was at work so Ellis and I suprised him with a bbq. All Neil had to do was light the chimenea. We stayed out til about 9pm. Not sunny but at least it was dry!

Today the clouds and rain are back -the great British summertime:rolleyes:

Ellis and I are off to the gym this morning, then we're meeting Daddy there later cuz he's only working this morning.

Have a lovely day whatever you do:goodvibes

Good Morning All..........

I'm in S-L-O-W gear this morning. I think staying up late to watch the Olympics each night is catching up with me. I actually slept through my alarm clock this morning, something I hardly ever do. I have about 15 minutes to get myself ready if I want to be at Riverwinds when the doors open.

See ya later........:wave2:

Really had a bad start this morning. Arrived at Riverwinds at 6:05am and first did 100 tummy crunches, then went on the treadmill and after about 3 minutes I had had enough. I was going to head home but decided to give the bike a try. I set the bike timer for 30 minutes, after 10 minutes, I called it quits. Went to the ellipitcal machine and thought I'd give that a 5 minute try. The minimum timer on the elliptical is 10 minutes, so I set the timer and started. I managed to get all 10 minutes in on the elliptical. By the time I got off the elliptical I started feeling like my old self and decided to give the treadmill another try. I set the timer at 15 minutes then kept increasing the time until I finally got it up to 60 minutes. All in all, I burned off 775 calories this morning, which was a whole lot more than I thought I was going to do after the first 10 minutes.

I know what the problem was. I stayed up until midnight to see the Michael Phelps/Mark Spitz interview on TV. I was so pumped up after watching win the 100 Butterfly that I had some trouble falling asleep so I took one of my Herbalife Sleep Now tablets. That's why I had such a hard time getting motivated and moving this morning. I was kind of still in a fog the first hour at Riverwinds this morning, I'm just glad I stuck it out and didn't come home at 6:15 like I almost did.

I'm now back home eating a nice tossed salad with fat free dressing!!!

That was too close

What a finish!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Holy Cow....I watched that over and over and over again. :scared1:

I was jumping up and down screaming at the TV, during the last 5 meters of the race, my throat is now sore.......:lmao:

We were too Andy. :rotfl2: Chuck was screaming so loud and jumping up and down that even Cabo got excited and started running around the room.:dogdance:

:offtopic: You should see what that crazy dog does during football season. He is so used to everyone yelling and screaming "touchdown" that he runs around all excited. Actually, at any time, you can jump and yell "touchdown" and he'll run around like crazy...even during some boring tv show. :lmao:

Well, since I did so well at Weight Watchers yesterday (:sad2: ) Chuck and I are heading out to Zoo a la Carte today. You get to walk around the Milwaukee County Zoo and graze on food from a ton of vendors. You have to buy food tickets once you get in and then you can sample food from all over the city.

Funny how Milwaukee was recently voted the sexiest city in the U.S. :rotfl2: They sure weren't taking any pictures of all us little piggies at the zoo this weekend to come to that conclusion.

Here's a link to all the restaurants that will be featured. It's kind of like Disney's Food and Wine Festival on a much smaller scale. Hmmmm, I wonder if Bendy wants to come along. :confused3 :cutie:

The restaurant that Tony manages will be there for the fifth year in a row now. Tony, Kristin and Stacy will be working there all weekend. It also gives us a chance to see Kristin and Jesse's wedding reception hall for the wedding this November. :thumbsup2

I received this info from one of the Repo Cruisers last evening:

Hi Andy

We are really going to miss you. Hope that some day that we can meet. Tell Hazel and Angelina hello.

The San Pedro webcam is the Cabrillo Beach webcam. We will be going from camera 50-42. It is unreliable on refreshing so good luck. We would love to have a picture of us sailing away. I have only been able to catch the Magic once on the cameras.
