I know you're a sunrise/sunset lady. Hang around a little bit, I'm uploading the Colombia ones right now.

BEAUTIFUL!!!!:thumbsup2

While I'm waiting, did you do anything fun today Nancy on this great fall day here in WI?

We were apartment hunting for Jesse and Kristin. :rolleyes1

Nancy, did you see Favre had a pretty good game? 2 TDs and a win.

Looks like GB may get extra for the trade now that Brady is out for the season. I think there was some contingency on wins against the Pats.

I can't talk about Favre. It makes me cry. :sad2:

Here are 3 more, but they're blury:

Brenda and Cass. Great blog updates ladies!!!:thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Lively day today on the thread.

Very lively, took me forever to catch up just from today's postings, never did go back to see what I missed while I was on the cruise last week.

What is the white booklet on the CC gift pic? Was that a calendar?:confused3

When we went in May, we got the red bag, the water bottles, and the fishnet bag. I don't remember the writing tablet or a pencil bag though. Are the gifts different depending on the length of cruise?

Matthew

We got the exact same thing on the 5 day, as Jeff did on the 15 day!!! ;) :thumbsup2

You didn't miss out on anything Andy. :)

Andy, great pics of your cruise too. But could you post a link again. Chuck wants to see them now. :goodvibes

How about the Big Guy drinking his "pink" drink while wearing his "pink" shirt?

Hmmm that pink drink sure looks good :drinking1

You'd think that there would be a separate forum for that stuff ... I don't know about you but I don't like posting on the community board so the blog seemed to way to go for non-disney trips.

And thank you for reading ... I just updated the second half of the first day. So that means day 1 is complete ... and this one even has some pictures!

I shall check it out after supper :thumbsup2

Here is a pic of the Sea Bass sandwich Hazel and I split on the beach in Cabo. It was awesome.

It's nice to see the other side of that pic! :thumbsup2 We saw the other view from Heather's camera :goodvibes

There is a new mega SIM that came out today called "Spore". It is from Electronic Arts. Its pretty amazing, but hard to describe. We've just started playing it. You actually start out in a tide pool as a microorganism, and eventually evolve in a "creature". Then you form a tribe, then a city, at eventually end up in space. The really neat thing about it is that all of the creatures that different people create are transmitted on the internet and will show up in other people's games. So let's say Cass makes a creature in Calgary. I might encounter that creature in my world even though Cass and I have no real connection playing the game. Infinite combinations means infinite diversity. What will they think of next. Every decision made in the different stages of your "evolution" has lasting effects on the rest of the game. How you behave toward others, what you eat, where you go, etc.

Another neat side effect of the game is that it teaches various concepts to the kids. Learning about ecosystems, traits, cause and effect, etc. No matter how well you seem to be doing in the game, "There's always a bigger fish". (To quote Star Wars) Sarah got very upset when she was in the tide pool and a "giant" microorganism came along and ate her! :scared1:

Sounds interesting!!!!! Don't tell Rob ok?? :ssst: ;) :lmao:

O.K., here are the pics of the sunsetting over Cartagena:

I wouldn't attempt to try that! Today by itself was a challenge. I kept checking in every few hours at the least to catch up.

No. I think they just add/delete items as they go along.

I think Andy said he got the same one for the 5-day cruise.
