Rachel survived her first day of high school yesterday! She said it wasn't as bad as she was expecting, she was able to get her locker open and she was only a little late for one class because she turned the wrong way down a hall way. Today she actually said she liked high school! I took a few first day of school pictures yesterday morning and I'll have to post them when we get our good computer back from being fixed, there's no way to download pictures on the ancient laptop I'm using now.

I always had nightmares about not being able to get my locker open!

Glad she had a great day. Hope to see some pictures!

our grandson BRADY MICHAEL was born today around 1:00.PM

everyone is fine.
weight 7 lbs 14 oz....height 19 inches.
robin will try to post pics tomorrow.
its been a crazy day(and i have to go to work now).

I see from your blog that you went to Old Towne. How is that lately? We used to take the kids to OT every night when they were younger and we couldn't afford going to the parks (darn those Catholic school tuitions). I remember Tony busting out a Magician once on one of his tricks because he saw the show 5 nights in a row. The magician had a good sense of humor. We took pictures and now 20 years later he is still performing there. Last year after the cruise we all went back there just for kicks and giggles. A lot has changed and it seems to draw a teenage crowd now. We actually brought that picture of Tony and the Magician along with us just in case we ran into him. And we did!! We showed him the picture and amazingly he admitted he still wore the same pair of Zooba's (sp?) (pants) now. He did not, however, remember Tony busting up his act.

Did you enjoy all the malls? My kids love going to them too.

Jen: Looks like Thomas didn't put up a fuss about starting school. Cute pics.

Good morning all......

Andy and Hazel be safe out there. There is so many storms brewing it is crazy.

My DD started school a week ago, already into field hockey practices, athletic councel and since she had a course change a ton of homework to catch up on. She is in grade 11...2nd last year of high school but here in Ontario a important year for grade for University early admissions so she is going to be extremely stressed....also the part time job she refuses to give up and she is playing on 1 ice hockey team for sure and will soon be trying out for the high school team.....boy I am tired just typing it all.

Off to get some work done. Have a super day all
