Hey Annette - I am very short on vacation time next year, so I'm going right to the Radisson on Friday night. I'm thinking about going back to WDW for the MNSSHP and then heading home on Sunday, but that would be the longest I could stay.

Same here, we did MNSSHp this year and last so we may just hangout or just go home. Not sure yet.

Good morning everyone...

I am patiently waiting to call the Doctor to get in and get some meds for this poison ivy. Yesterday the rash appeared to spread all over and my eye is very puffy. It isn't swollen shut, but I do feel pressure around it. I am hoping I can get in early and get some steroids in me today to cut down on the inflamation. It is very uncomfortable!!!!

We did! - it rained for about a minute but it was real cold. We managed though and had fun.

Is anyone planning on going to WDW pre or post cruise? We plan on coming in on Thursday before the cruise and staying until Tuesday after the cruise at BCV. That way we can do MNSSHP and the F & W.

We're off to an Indian restaurant this evening. Neils just fetching me a bottle of merlot - its a "take your own beer" type of place. Ellis doesnt like curry and its too risky with the nuts so we fetch him a McDonalds happy meal and he has that instead while we eat our indian food.

Its real frosty tonight Brrrrrrrrrr

We're all doing fine. its so blooming cold here though - nasty!

Its seems like forever ago since we were on the Magic...its too long to wait til we get back on too! Cant you buy a time machine with all that money from your money tree and whizz time forward to boarding day!?

I've just been watching a programme that showed a cheese farm in Wisconsin! We still havent drank your wine yet. Keeping it for a special day. I did intend drinking it on the 24th to celebrate one year to go but it was too busy here to enjoy it.

Hows that lovely wife of yours? I miss her, and I know Ellis misses your ds too. We miss you all and cant wait to see you again. Still no chance for xmas?
Are you thinking of getting in early before the cruise? We'll have a villa the week before so you can come one over.

Yeah, they know us so they dont mind. I asked the waiter once if my curry had nuts in.... he replied "No, no nuts"... I then asked "What about almonds?"... "Oh yes, lotsd of almonds!".... erm... dont think we'll risk Ellis eating there then if they dont know that an almond is a nut!

Not sure what the temp is right now but I can see my breathe already outside and its only 6pm. Its due to drop a lot overnight. I hate the cold. I should have been born in Australia - heck! - I sound like one so I'd fit right in!

TikiMimi has to be back to teach school on Monday, but we are planning to stay on Saturday night (the 31st) and go to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. Not sure yet where we will stay.

Hi Annette Plans may change but as of now, we will be spending a week in WDW before the cruise, doing MNSSHP on Halloween and then flying home the next day

Ok, I went to the doctor and just filled my prescription for prednisone. Heating up my grinder from last night and will take my first 4 20mg pills as directed once i eat.

Eccckkk, I hate prednisone. I was on it for 6 months when I first got sick. It did a lot of nasty things to me I hope it clears you up right away

I'm definitely heading to Magen's Bay (depending on which dock we end up at, there could be sightseeing along the way) then shopping. I guess we can throw in some sightseeing too.

This site publishes a cruise ship schedule as well as a map of the docks (although the cruise ship schedule only gets updated 1 month at a time). Looks like the Magic usually docks at the West Indian Company dock which is closer to town. Magen's Bay is on the other side of the island. Lots of good information for curious people like Mimi!

I got a week supply...30 pills. I took my first 4 pills at lunch and yes, they are nasty!

Boy, I've been there. I had to take it for awhile for asthma and it totally messed up my blood sugar! On the up side, it made me feel like Super Woman while I was on it...

In that case it could have been Kryptonite that messed up your blood sugar and not the meds!
