Didn't do much today, went for a bike ride at the beach. Then sat by the pool and read for a while. No frozen drinks though, I guess summer is really over. DH went to the pizza place to watch the Patriots.

I am patiently waiting to call the Doctor to get in and get some meds for this poison ivy. Yesterday the rash appeared to spread all over and my eye is very puffy. It isn't swollen shut, but I do feel pressure around it. I am hoping I can get in early and get some steroids in me today to cut down on the inflamation. It is very uncomfortable!!!!

I see someone else already posted the same thing, but if I were you I'd just head straight for the ER - I think you've waited long enough and if it's affecting your eye you should get treatment sooner rather than later.

Hey all...

We're back. Great time had by all. Met some very nice people everywhere we went.

We actually did a pretty good job of relaxing. We only partied one night. I guess I forgot to pack Mike's bra after all.


We arrived at the MK on the 18th. We were in Casey's getting something to drink just before Spectromagic and we saw a KKer. It was Dave and Elizabeth, our newlyweds from KK1. So we sat with them and talk during Spectromagic.

They have moved to Florida (20 minutes from WDW) as of this past September and are looking for jobs. They are both on a waiting list for WDW. I guess WDW has a hiring freeze right now. Anyway, it was good to see them. We had a great visit.

Welcome back Robin and Mike. Glad you had a great time. BTW...I love photos....

Glad we have more DVCMCers joining us. Someone needs to get them on this board too. I know Dan and Nancy have been in touch with them as well. Maybe between the two of you, someone can get them to join us here.

We have been to both ports and just did DCL excursions mostly snorkling since we had a bunch of kids along. I would be more interested in sight seeing and shopping this time.

That sounds like a good idea, especially since we don't snorkel very well!!

It would be fantastic! While we're at it - how do you and Frank get so much time off? I need to know the secret!



We want shopping, beach, and a way to feel like we have seen St. Thomas - not sure how to do all that. I guess we'll figure a way.

That's exactly what I'm thinking. Seems a shame to go all that way & not see some sights. I think my order would be sight seeing, beach & shopping last. We'll definitely need the guidance of those who have been there before.
