It took me forever to finally sign up for the gym, now that I did, I haven't got there yet, but we have had some things come up.

Elaine just told me today that we are going to plan to go next week together on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Let's hope we stick to that plan!

I am with you on the Pepsi addiction. That is one of my food addictions. That and Little Debbie's!

I prefer Pepsi myself, but I stay away from it now. As long as I can get iced tea or water, that's all I drink.

Good morning, folks. How's eveyone this morning? Doing anything fun this weekend? We are heading out early tomorrow morning for Alex's football game, then maybe a little sightseeing in DC, then we're headed to the Homecoming game at the Naval Academy. They play Pitt. Full day; Whew!

Headed to our daughter's college for their homecoming game. She is a competition cheerleader, but they cheer at 3 football games a year. She missed the first; we missed the second, so we are headed to this one.

Arrived home a little bit ago. Had a great workout, spent two hours on the treadmill, 10 mintues on the bike, and 100 tummy crunches. I'm getting a little more emotional with each weigh-in now. I started choking up as I was walking out of Riverwinds this morning. I am now over 1/2 way to my goal, as of this morning I have lost 26 pounds!!!

Way to go, Andy!

Titanic exhibition

Apparantly the exhibition has now left its temporary home as is sheduled back on I Drive - 1 mile from the old Mercado centre. Not sure if its opening soon ... we had plans to visit at christmas ... maybe we'll just reschedule for next oct instead

When I was a poor college student, every morning I used to go to the Wawa near my house and get a quart of Wawa Chocolate Milk (the best I think, better than Quik or Hershey) and 2 tastycakes Fudge bars and 2 tastycakes chocolate chip bars. The total for all of that was $1.89.

I am a Tasty Cake Chocolate Cupcake guy now.
