First of all those are really cute kids:) But I have to know if that is a beagle face looking out the door. We have 2 beagles and a JRT/Pin Pin mix. That beagle face looks like my Shelby.
She is a Brittany. I didn't even realize she was in the pictures until I posted them. She is quite the nosey dog!

I am looking forward to it Nancy!

Regarding amusing words, I have to throw in my favorite snigglet:

Destinesia - Going into another room to look for something, but once you get there, forgetting what it was! :confused3

Destinesia - I love it and get it far more often than I like to admit! Too funny!

Kamy and Steve update - I got an e-mail from Kamy today. She said they were going to try to get on this sailing, but they would be booking late, so it would depend on availability. I'm sure she'll let me know if and when they book! For those of you who don't know them - Kamy and Steve are great fun! Kamy took second in karaoke one night, and our table never would have won "happiest table" without them!

Use 4 or 5 pound Shoulder, Boston Pork Butt. Can use small size depends the number people you are feeding. I used a 3+ lb and we got two good meals plus I have enough for tomorrow for lunch. Also makes sure it has some fat on it but not alot or it will not fall apart while cooking.
Turn on Crock Pot on low put in the pork then mix the following. 1 12oz bottle of beer then mix in 3/4 cup of BBQ sauce. I prefer sweet baby rays. Mix them together then pour over the pork add salt pepper for taste cover and let it cook for 7 to 8 hours and then it should be done.
As I said add ingredients to pork have crock pot on low and let it cook and don't touch.
GOOD LUCK
Dan

I suffer horribly from Destinesia.

Looks like we have more than one Nancy on the board. I'm Nancy K.

Is it ok if we just call you Nancy K then? I think it's much nicer than "Other Nancy". ;)

Well then, let's hope that Kamy and Steve become BOBers!! :yay:

Thanks for sharing! I'm saving this recipe and going to try it soon. I may have to make a substitute for Sweet Baby Rays though - I've not heard of that down here.

We would all enjoy them a great deal - I hope they do!

I'm thinking the split of Zinfandel I just spilled on my couch is not going to be the easiest thing in the world to get out or make sure is out. Ewwww, I hope it doesn't sour. I will be working on that for a while. And I missed on the Zinfandel - bummer! It was the last split in the house.

Hi Lori! :wave2:

Did you guys go on your trip already?

I've been away from the DIS for a while. Beth told me that we moved to another new thread. So I guess this is my subscription post. :thumbsup2

Matthew

Hi Matthew. We just got back. Trying to get in the swing of things around here.
Just for grins and giggles.........how does it work if a 12 year old flies by themself? Go through customs and all that? Just wondering.

I've seen it done, but I don't personally recommend it. The airlines do allow 12 and over to fly "by themselves" without having the flight attendant maintain custody. I personally would not choose to send my kids on flights by themselves. I have too many stories of when it goes wrong.

I'll PM you a couple of stories.

I hope they get to come, does she work for DVC?

I was there, I was there!! The waiter was very good about it even if he was slightly confused!

We have no secrets with this bunch!!!:lmao: Kathy email me the picture and I will post. I didn't get one.

Thank you:hug:

I do actually enjoy it (most of the time):rolleyes1 ...
Our only trouble is there arent enough parents...

Its a big school - 750 children - that means up to 1500 parents in theory. Theres 3 of us that do the dsaily stuff and all the planning and events, (hence the chaotic mess most days:lmao: ) Recruiting new parents is difficult:rolleyes:

I am so sorry to hear that you have that problem over there too. What is the matter with those parents. My husband and I are still involved and we do not have any kids in the school anymore. Both of our kids went to the same high school we went to. DH and I were high school sweethearts. The principal and several of the teachers graduated with us so it really is fun to have that connection. DH is the assistant baseball coach and the field crew for all of the sports fields. I think we have sucker tatooed on our foreheads. :rotfl2: Oh well, we enjoy it.

We were also those involved parents, I still miss it. I can't wait to be those grand parents, but not anytime in the near future.

Nice to "meet" you. We were just up there Sat. - our oldest grandson goes to Husson - the school just went from college to university over the weekend.

We are in Brunswick. We are transplants from the 2008 DVC members cruise that took place in Sept. Ready for a longer experience.

Nancy

Welcome to the BOB group! :thumbsup2

We have never taken the member cruise. (Of course, we have only taken two cruises total so far.) :rolleyes1

I am Matthew (EPCOT_VA) sailing with my DW Beth (Tinkerbell.RN) and our DDs Megan (12) and Sarah (10). This will be our third cruise. We took a 3-NGT to the Bahamas last May and the Med Cruise in Summer 2007. I think we're hooked. :wizard:

I'd love to go on the Northern European cruise in 2010, but I don't know if that is going to work out. It would only be 9 months after this cruise.

Glad to meet you.

Matthew

But that's okay - nothing to hide! We did have so much fun at brunch!

I just noticed looking at Post #1 that the non-KKers now out number the KKers. Good thing we changed this to the "BOB" instead of "KK2".

Welcome to all the new people.

I don't have your email address Joanne and you profile says that you don't have an email set up. If you PM me your email address I'll send the picture to you.
