Looks like I could get a whole page to myself

And if I had known that all it would take was a photo

Weren't we lucky..?

That white Coast Guard tall ship is the Eagle. It is homeported just down the river from me in Connecticut.

I would've posted it a long time ago:rotfl:

Chris..not put off yet?

Goodness me...it sure is quiet on here tonight.

And after...

I lost 70lbs in total (14lbs per stone)

If I had seen your before photo, I would have had no idea that was you. Congrats!!!

Hazel started WW about 4-5 years ago. She reached her goal of 30 pounds and has kept it off as well.

Yes....that was me! Just a little determination helps to keep it off. Congratulations to Hazel.

Hazel is a "Lifetime Member" and goes once a month for her weigh-ins.

So..that's me done for today. My goal...scare you all away and I've done that apart from Andy and Chris.

See you all tomorrow. Day 4 and Cabo San Lucas awaits.:wave2:

Heather, thanks for that!!!!!!!!:thumbsup2 What an inspiring story. I feel I have been stuck at 50 lbs for a couple of months now but have started back up and been doing better again. Thanks for the encouragement!

And you and Hazel both look AMAZING!! CONGRATS TO BOTH OF YOU!:cool1: :cheer2: :dance3: :yay:

what a great story. I know how hard it is to lose and keep off. I always gain when I vacation but I manage to get back on track once home. I made my weight watchers goal in 15 months too. Walt too. Andy Hazel looks great too. Weight Watchers really works. I love it. I really enjoy the meetings. I have friends I meet with every week and we learn something every time. Great Job Heather and Hazel. Great Job Hazel and Heather!!!

Congrats girls. Good job!!! :woohoo:

I am truly inspired. I have been following WW at work. My company pays for it. I have only lost 8 lbs, but I can feel it in my clothes. The last 2 weeks I have stayed the same. I really wasn't getting into it.

After reading this, I am ready to go read my WW materials to get back on track. I'll be happy with another 15 to 20 lbs.

Thanks for the inspiration. :thumbsup2 :)

:yay: Biggest Loser starts tonight... More inspiration!
