Did you book through DCL or a TA? If through a TA - docs will go to them. If DCL - FEDEX will be coming by soon.

We booked through a TA. This is most likely the reason why we couldn't look up our seating for dinner on the DCL website as per our earlier discussion.

The Magic is scheudled for dry dock between October 2nd through October 15th. She will need to return to Port Caniveral by/before Saturday, October 16th for a Western Caribbean sailing. That's the sailing just before ours.

So...the Magic should be sparkling clean and in great shape for our sailing.

My DD is not going to make this trip...at her last drs appt they discovered she was much further along in her pregnancy than they originally thought - too far along to be granted passage to sail....we are both sad not to have this trip together, but looking fwd to and already planning some cruises that we might take the little peanut on

Just wanted to send a quick intro! I should have joined this thread ages ago, but I never got around to it for some reason. This year has been absolutely crazy and I just haven't had time for the DISboards like I used to.

Anyway, we'll be joining you on the cruise 6 weeks from today!

A couple of people have called DCL and they were told that "Yes" there will be trick or treating during our cruise..

Yes, I asked DCL in an email a couple days ago and got the reply:

Several “spooktacular” events will be taking place onboard.
Events may include:

• Family Trick or Treating
• Themed parties for children and teens
• Halloween Party with costume contest.
  • Guests are asked choose costumes which are not obstructive or offensive.
  • To avoid any disappointment or delay in boarding Guests should refrain from bringing toys or props that resemble guns, knives or other related implements, as these items will not be allowed onboard.

Guests should check their Personal Navigator for exact times and locations.

Started to get ready. Got out today and cleaned out the inside of the car (we are driving down) and pulled out the luggage. Time to start pulling the wardrobe together and see what still fits or not.

Got our cruise docs today. Finished making magnets for door and just need to finish up the FE gifts and then I will be already. Cannot wait for October, except for the fact that this cruise will also be my baby's 6th birthday and I don't know where the time has gone.
