While we have been on the cruises our DD is over 21 and we didn't focus on any T or T activities. Sorry. I hope your DD packs her princess costume just in case.

We loved the member cruises. We went on 4 total, but decided that a 7 day cruise would be more fun. We also added on points, the DVC offers on the cruises are better than offers at WDW. Our guide suggested that we hold of and wait for a cruise and he was right. As a result we have points at OKW, BW, BCV, and SSR. Looking to see if any specials on BLT or Hawaii.

Summer seems to be flyin! Kids start school in a few days, then it's off to DCL Land!

My daughter started school this past friday - August 13th. The summer disappeared so quickly. But I am really looking forward to fall as the weather here this summer has been extremely hot and humid - more so than in previous summers.

I am a hairstylist, my husband is a computer tech... we both volunteer for a local animal rescue :)

I am 3rd grade teacher. We start school on the 23rd, but teachers are already back to work, of course!

My husband is a sales rep for a commercial playground manufacturer. He works with school districts and city parks depts. His company sells and installs the playgrounds for these parks. This is a new job for him (he owned a landscape company for 18 years!) and he loves it! :thumbsup2

We both work in Fremont, California (my husband and I are both from the Bay Area) so we sometimes stay in the Milpitas home or in the Sunnyvale home. It just depends on where and how long we will be working hour wise, but our home base is the family home in Central California where we are only 299 miles away from Disneyland!!!!:goodvibes You are more than welcome to take pictures of the room anytime.

AHHHH well Fremont/Milpitas is very close to Gilroy!!! and I'm 354 miles from DL i think but going there again in two wks!!!! Thank you for letting me take some photos of the Roy Ste - i've only been in it one other time and didn't have my camera :(

Small world. I used to live on NAS Moffett Field...many moons ago.

Just checked our reservation. Not change in the GTY status for our cabin, but we've been moved to Main Dining :cool1:. We're were waitlisted.

Go into your reservation. Click view Details. It's under vacation information -dining preference.

YIPPY!! Our wait list came through!! I knew today was my lucky day!! :cool1::cool1: I was really dreading Late Dining with 2 kids and a family used to eating early.

DVC is considered a TA, which is why we can't see the Details or Modify our ressie without calling.

But at least I can see when my cabin is assigned. I don't mind waiting if it means I have a chance to be upgraded. Hey, I can hope, right? ;)

I LOVE Sunnyvale, California. I like being in the middle of the High Tech world and I am a big science nerd according to my son so I love anything to do with NASA/Moffett Field and the Blue Cube. I like watching the planes come in from our balcony in Sunnyvale. It is amazing to watch those HUGE military planes fly right over my head!

My son just graduated from High School this year so this will be the first year I don't have to help him lug school books across the country and help him with a huge homework packet. :worship:

My husband and I are going on the Wonder next year (October 16, 2011) to Mexico and my son will be in college then so I won't take him out of school either. I will be getting my Disneyland "fix" on Sept. 30th for four days so I hope I can last until this cruise FINALLY comes around! :flower3:

My son will be going to Heald in January for a degree in IT Security ( I work for Corinthian Colleges and they have about 300 plus schools, so he will pay 1/2 of what other students pay) after that he wants to take Cisco classes etc..... So he will be in the IT Security field which since 9/11 is booming. He got through 1 security system at school and showed them the systems weakness, so then the district bought new upgraded software and he got through that as well so I am hoping he takes this "talent" and put it to good use safeguarding some high techs business and or our country. Now, if he would only clean his room:rotfl:

Funny you mention Club 33. We were on the Club 33 wait list for 10 years and last year we were approved to be members, but by then we had already been on a Disney Cruise and we chose to decline the membership (super expensive) and book more crusies with Disney instead. We were bit so hard by the Disney Cruise Line bug the last time we sailed, that this is all we think about. Have a GREAT time at Club 33:love:

My husband works at ellington field right next to one of Nasa's hangers. We don't get a lot of large military planes here but NASA has one huge strange looking plane. I think they call it the guppy
