Hey to all (all says HEY!!!)
Our web site through Yahoo Groups is up running!!! Below is a screen shot of the home page. Ive added; 8 Links - 6 Databases - 14 Photos - 7 Files & 1 Poll. So weve got a good start.
As you see on the left (shaded blue box), we can; add files (word power point excel Adobe), insert links, upload photos and photo albums, register in databases, answer polls and put important dates in the calendar section. Please feel free to poke around review and add information. I recommend starting with the database section. If you want a new database or poll just ask it can be in place very quickly.
At this point the ability to post messages in Yahoo Groups has been disabled. I made this decision based on past experience. IMHO its best we keep taking via this wonderful discussion forum on The DIS keeping it simple. If all decide you want this feature activated I can make the change.
Id be happy to send you an invite to review enjoy and hopefully participate. This is a great tool. If everybody shares, we ALL win. If you would like an invite, click on the below e-mail link this will open a separate window as blank e-mail message already addressed to my home and work ISP. NOTE - if it won't automatically open paste/copy the below e-mail addresses into a new e-mail. Just include the e-mail address you want your invite sent to.

After I process your invite you will receive an e-mail from Yahoo Groups. The e-mail you will receive will be:
From: Seven_Days_of_Magic_Sailing_to_the_Saints moderator
Subject: Invitation to join the Seven_Days_of_Magic_Sailing_to_the_Saints group
Itll look similar to the below screen shot.

When you get your message you will see a gray box asking you to Join this group! Click on it. This is a link to automatically connect you to Yahoo Groups and eventually our web site. If you are already registered on Yahoo .all you need to do is input your user name and pass word DONE. If not you will need to register (this is a little painful some where between a small pinch and paying taxes). Frankly its not much different than what you went through registering on The DIS. However, if any need assistance just let me know.
BE ADVISED --- if you have filters on your incoming e-mail .this MAY not be in your regular inbox. If you dont see the invite within 30 minutes of receiving my confirmation e-mail .look in your JUNK or SPAM folders. If you offer me your work e-mail address be advised you might not have access to your junk/spam folders your friendly IT department may restrict this function.

I figured that since your Dis name has 1027 in it, and you are celebrating a birthday while on the cruise, I just figured your b-day must be October 27th. You will be sharing it with a couple of folks traveling with us as well.
