I also wanted to thank everyone for being so warm, welcoming, and involved. This group is shaping up to be lots of fun! So glad we bumped our trip up by 2 weeks, the difference in the groups is amazing! The boards for the cruise we would have been on is only up to 8 pages. This one is a cool HUNDRED pages longer! No FE list organized, no Disboard meet scheduled, no stateroom tour planned on that one, not to mention all of the super cool tips and links. This cruise is going to be awesome! Thank you to everyone's participation and especially the hard work of all of the organizers!

Thanks both of you. Lois, I am sorry about your sister. I know that she knows you love her. I just hope my friend knew how much I cared about him.

Now, back to the fun!!! I am narrowing in on what excursion to do in St. Thomas my DH is SCUBA diving. I'm trying to decide whether to go snorkeling or just kick it on the beach and do a little shopping. Decisions, decisions!!

Ok, gang, I am back. Not that I have actually "been" anywhere. I had something very tragic happen a couple of weeks ago, and have been trying resolve that in my heart and mind. So, I occupied myself with other things. It just seem like planning a fun trip didn't seem right.

But, I am doing much better now, so I will play catch up. Welcome some of our newcomers. Say a fond farewell to those who won't be joining us.

I've had a few busy weeks. Our office moved a month ago and things are finally starting to settle down. Everybody is down to just a few boxes and most all are fairly organized.

I'll be off-line most of this weekend. Am going on a reward trip for the techs I support that work in the Oakland/San Francisco area. Leaving in the morning for Northern California then up to a fishing lodge just a few miles from Kirkwood ski area. It'll be a great get-away to golf and shoot some pictures.

Right now, I have 19 "groups" signed up for the FE gift exchange and 23 votes. I just assume, relatives/friends each voted which is why there may be a bit of discrepancy in the numbers. The poll closes tomorrow, but I think we can pretty much figure that the cut-off date will be August 23rd.

On to phase 2; how to divide up the FE exchange. There are approximately 111 people who are planning on participating in th e FE.

Those of you with large groups of folks, could you please provide the names/gender/relation/age of all who are going to be participating in the FE. Right now, I just have a total number for your group.

Oh, I will also need the cabin number of everyone who will be participating.

Someone asked how we will handle distributing gifts to those who receive an upgrade at port. The only way to do that would be for those who do receive an upgrade, is to let me know, so that I can inform those who are assigned your cabin.

I am also putting together a list of birthdays, anniversaries, weddings that will be happening/celebrated during our cruise. I list those whose special event is actually happening during the cruise on one side and the rest who are celebrating on the the other side. So, if you want to be listed make sure that I have all of the correct information for you.

I broke the kids who are going to be participating in the FE into 3 groups for both girls and boys. The age groups are

This is a very rough estimate as I don't have ages/names for quite a few people.

Starting!!!! I have been dreaming everyday since my first trip to WDW back in Oct of 2000!!! I drive my family nuts!!
