10/23/11 - Disney Dream

The Dream and Sensation are still at Port Canaveral, I think it's too stormy for them to leave:confused3

Hello everyone!

My favorite part of the exchange is just having the treats when you get back to your room. It's always so much fun to see what everyone gives out :).

Just checked the webcam and the ship is still there and it's 10:10pm there! Boy I'll bet that's the smoothest dinner they've ever had on the ship :rotfl:.

We fly out on the 19th. I wish it was sooner! And our family of four will be in full pirate costumes :).

I'm almost done with my fish extender gifts.......they are sooooooooo cute! I can't wait to give them out!

I just got my fish extender in the mail. It was a gift from my sweet sewing group. I still haven't put together my gifts yet. Too many ideas. I better decide soon, I know. I'm such a mess that I keep wanting to change post cruise Disney resorts again. Sigh.

Sorry Cheryl.......I am leaving mine at home!!!!!:cool1::cool1: Actually, you will be seeing me tearing up alot knowing how much they would love the new ship......that is why I am rebooking onboard!!!!!!
I may have to take Paige to get her pics with all the characters so I feel like a mom!
Alex has actually been very understanding about this cruise......Julia on the other hand is so jealous! Harrison is too busy to even notice I have been talking about going.

Hi Lori, too bad you aren't bringing Alex along, she and Rachel could hang out together. We're really getting excited now that the cruise is just under 2 weeks away!!!

Where is the next cruise for everyone?

We have a February cruise on Liberty of the Seas (Royal Caribbean), no kids.

I have a corner aft accessible booked on the Dream if someone wants to see it

Sherry

We're booked on the Fantasy for the 10/20/12 sailing, not sure if we're going to keep that one though or maybe move it to something in 2013, DD starts college next fall :scared1:

I had read on another thread that the Port was closed due to the weather. My niece and her family are on the Dream so I'll find out from her when they get back what it was like to spend their first night on the cruise docked at Port. This is their first cruise and I am really hoping they have a great time and the weather improves for them!

Booked on the 10/23/11 Dream cruise. Bringing hubby and 2 twin boys(age 10). Can't wait. Any halloween activies on board that warrant bringing costumes for the kiddies?

Welcome aboard! From what I gather there will be no Halloween activities onboard. My kids will have costumes with them, only because they are doing MNSSHP after the cruise.

We're doing b2b too with this being the 1st leg of our cruise also.

Crazy Stuff!

It's like secret santa.kinda.

Still there. Wow!!! Glad I am not on that ship..

ha ha ha.. Sunday was a busy day for me, and I can say with my hand on the bible that I would have gladly switched place with the lowest cabin in the worst of the ships.. heck my worst day on a cruise beats my best day on land... :thumbsup2

Looking forward to meeting you all on board.. It will be fun as we start the "Turn-day" to see some familiar faces on the second leg :woohoo: :goodvibes
