I have a silly question for anyone who has done or is making there own shirts. Last year we ordered shirts and I am contemplating making them myself I love the designs that I have found for our cruise and would like to use one of them but not sure how to do it. How would you recommend doing this for someone who has no idea what they are doing?

Just wanted to see if these guys can PM me and let me know what the ages of the children are in the cabin so I can place the appropriate gifts in your bags as well as for the adults, and if they are boys or girls.

Really appreciate it guys, if you get a chance. otherwise the teen may get a 4 year old gift. hate to do that!. Getting sooo excited shopping for the stuff. By the way Lewiskids with Sherry now has 2 daughters going!!! YAYYYY!!!

Just butting in here. Hi, Sherry and Crystal. You guys may not remember or realize this, but you were both on last year's October cruise and you will be together again on next year's 2012 October cruise. Wish I was sailing with you guys. But, Crystal I will see you next year. Sherry, I will probably see you in the next day or two.

Have fun you guys. I sail in 4 weeks to Alaska. I will eat a Mickey ice cream bar for both of you.

I am jealous Brenda But me and DH are going on the Alaska cruise in May!!! Details, details, details when you return please. We actually have another cruise planned for the following year 2013 if all goes well and if things work out we will have been on all 4 ships!!! Well me and DH anyways

I am jealous Brenda But me and DH are going on the Alaska cruise in May!!! Details, details, details when you return please. We actually have another cruise planned for the following year 2013 if all goes well and if things work out we will have been on all 4 ships!!! Well me and DH anyways

That is way cool, Crystal. I might be able to achieve almost the same thing come our cruise next October. My DH is hoping that I (not he and I) will be able to do a back to back on the Dream next year so that I will be Platinum by the time our October cruise rolls around.


I will let you know how Alaska is when I come back. Have fun planning for this cruise.

If you are ok with providing ages for your children PM me and I will update the FE list and send it out. Realize that some do not feel safe giving that type of info out so you may not get all ages.
I'll update the rooms as you get them. I would like to wait until the end of the month before sending it out again, though.

You can purchase Tshirt transfers from many stores (Walmart, Target, ) that you can put in your printer and print them out from there (I get the avery ones). You can find them in the stationary aisle. Remember if you are doing the light colored shirts(there are light and dark transfers) that you have to reverse the design. (We had a former cruiser print her's out backwards ) The dark color shirt transfers you just print as normal. Print them out, and iron them on, pretty easy.

Hey all. Double ocho to go, and we're getting really excited. Just booked our flights and hotel stays for the nights before and after the cruise. So, we're completely booked, paid in full, and ready to go! Now we just have to wait out the last few days until the cruise rezzies are open to us.

I see the stargazing meet up that I suggested is still listed as TBD. So, I had a look at the calendar and see that the new moon falls on the evening of Oct. 26. That's the day we'll be in St. Thomas, but we're only there until 3:30pm (Boooo! I want more time in USVI!). On that Wednesday night, sunset is 5:51pm and astronomical twilight is 7:04pm. So, I would recommend a stargazing meet-up any time after 7pm. I see there are no other meet-ups listed on the schedule on Page 1 for this day. So, I hope this would be a good night. Let me know if it's not a good night. Next, I have to figure out where we should meet on the ship. I want to find a spot that will be relatively dark and shielded from the ship's lights as much as possible. The darkest spot on the ship would be somewhere in front of the bridge, but I don't know how much access there would be to that area for cruise guests. Also, it's usually pretty darn windy up front. Another potential area I've read about is some "secret" Deck 7 Aft. I have seen a few pictures of this area on the boards, and it looks like it would be pretty nice. I still plan to ask around before and after we get on board to see if there is anything special the crew can do to enhance any stargazing activities. I'll keep y'all posted.

That sounds like a great place and a great plan. Just need to co-ordinate dinner/show for time.
