So Alicia I read your last TR and it looked like you had a lot of fun on the scavenger hunt and that gave me a thought to maybe we could do that on one of our days at sea. Any one else GAME for it?

For drinks, not sure where, but the lounge sounds as good as a place as any.

I will just follow Jenn - drinks anywhere, anytime - I'm good!

not that I drink a lot , I just like to socialize

Maybe they will have a special lime green drink that we can try!

Josie and family your right at home with the EXCITEMENT levels and first timers on DCL. I think I want to camp out at the entrance when you all come on board and see your faces ahhhh priceless!

Just judging by the pictures and descriptions from the web, the Promenade Lounge looks like the most Key West/Boat Drinky kind of place. That would be my uninformed vote. Yes, it looks like the consensus is 10:00PM on Key West Night.

That's a great location, right there on deck 3. I think they have a band playing most nights there too, they may be done by then, but it'd be nice!

I'll post this one on the first post too, that way we can keep all of the info in 1 place

so I logged onto DCL today and i noticed my stateroom number was changed...We got upgraded!!!!!! wooooohooooo

I guess our cruise isn't that full, so you might want to log on and see if you were upgraded too. Hope everyone is!

Everyone, it's now the middle of the first full week of September, so, I'm going to be putting in the order for the meet bands at the end of this week so that I have time to get them and send them to the ship before we cruise. The list of those who have ordered bands is in the first post if there is anyone else interested, I'm going to place the order on Sunday, September 11th. We're really close to 50 bands now, and the price actually drops at 50, so I may end up ordering extras just in case and bringing them to the meet to see if anyone wants them then.

We have just been upgraded as well!!! Since we didn't have a GTD room I just assumed it would not be possible! We went from 6042 to 8058 which is a family stateroom. We had a family stateroom on our last cruise since we traveled with 5 people in 2008. I am pinching myself just because I love the idea of pixie dust!! I actually checked the Disney web site twice because I couldn't beleive it! OK, I know it's not that big of a deal but I'm super excited that it happened anyway! I feel lucky already. This is going to be a great cruise. Can't wait to meet you all!!!

On our first cruise on the Wonder we had to go with a family stateroom since there were 5 of us. It probably would have been smarter to go with an inside room to save money but it was really hard to do that after having a balcony. I know you have been on several Disney cruises and been in different type rooms. What are your thoughts on this?
