To the bottom of the page we go
should we fall to 2, oh heck no!
Back to the top is where we'll be
to plan our 7 days at sea!

Hello everyone. It's been a LONG time since I've posted to this thread, but just wanted to say that I look forward to meeting some fellow DISers.

My kids will be 6 (DS) and 4 (DD) when we sail. Neither is shy and they both love to make new friends. So, if anyone has kids around their ages, maybe we can get them together on the ship.

pirate: Hello to All...WOW over 400 pages :cool1:

My wonderful DW has decided to take me on the Magic as a 40th B-Day Gift...YEEHAA  I turn 40 on Aug 2nd and she was able to let me know of this great gift a little early. She booked it last week along with airfare from Manchester, NH and a Friday night stay at the MCO Hyatt. I was pretty amazed that this went from an idea to fruition in only a few days. It is no wonder I love her so
We did the Magic back in 2002 with our four kids and had a blast. This time it will be just DW and me! :dance3:
Also, as I have not had the opportunity to read all the previous posts, what exactly is the backround of Cruisetoberfest IV and what can we expect this October?

inmyis ~ welcome. After chatting with this group for awhile, I'm just expecting gobs of fun, fun, fun. :cheer2:

We'll be on this cruise too. Our 2nd Disney Cruise...first 7-night cruise though. It will be me (39) DH (39) DD (9) and DS (6). We are also on deck 6. Are you planning on doing any excusions? We're not sure yet...still trying to decide as we get down to the wire.

Tracy

Welcome Dis Ms, inmyis, and TJShulte!!! So glad you could join us and wow, the ranks are really beefing up!

Inmyis: how old are your kids? I have 4 also, but they're fully grown. You will really enjoy sailing with just your hubby.

Dis Ms: adorable kids!

TJShulte: where on Deck 6 are you? our good friends are also on 6 with a navigator's veranda (Aft)

Thanks, Jeanne! That's very sweet of you to say. :sunny:

TJSchulte, this is our 2nd Disney cruise, too. It's also our first 7-nighter--as well as our first with the kids (we did a 3-night cruise as part of our honeymoon). My DS is 6, too. Maybe our boys will have a chance to play together.

I'm looking for kids.

I have a "will just have turned seven" year old little girl and a "just turned eight year old boy" who would be interested in meeting kids to hang out with. The eight year old boy will not have checkout privledges (or - at least - they are unlikely).

My daughter (Bethany) just turned 7 on July 1st & she is "little miss social butterfly". She will definitely be up for meeting new friends.

Jeanneg - I can't remember our room number exactly...but we are near midship...a bit forward. We had room #6567 last time we cruised. Loved the location and tried to get close to that room again. Can't wait to leave! Just trying to decide on excursions, trip insurance and everything. It's coming faster than I think!

Tracy

To all the newbies
1st: Welcome aboard

2nd: I just sent each of you a PM, please check it out

Hello everyone!

It looks like we get to stay up late or wake up early for the 3am booking time. Is anyone else doing this? I figure that I will get up at 2:30 and get myself ready.

Anyone who has done this before and willing to pass on some tips, please do.

Have a great Friday and a fantastic weekend.

Michele, Mark and Nicole (10)

When are we allowed to start booking for CC members? Is it 3am on 7/16?...in other words stary up late tomorrow Saturday evening and wait for 3am eastern time? Just want to be sure I have my dates straight.

Thanks,
Tracy

What could possibly fill up so quickly that you would have to book it at 3am? I'll make my Palo ressie on Sunday, but after I've gotten a full night's sleep!

I agree with Jeanne! What's 4 hours time going to matter? I'll just make mine at 7am when I get up. It's vacation! I'm not going to lose any sleep over it! I'm Just going to relax and it will all work out!

BTW, WELCOME to all the new folks and HELLO to all those that haven't posted in a while!!!
