Happy Birthday to the twins. Hope you had a wonderful weekend.

Debbie and I went out with our friends for our annual holiday dinner Saturday night. We choose a different high end restaurant every year and this year was the best yet. Mind you I'm happy with a double cheesburger off the doller menu a Mc D's but this meal was amazing. We got a private room in the restaurant which is actually the wine celler for the restaurant. Had our own private wine guy (he had some fancy title but I can't remember) and our own special menu in addition to the regular fare. We shared crab cakes and ahi for an appetizer and I had Osso Bucco for main course. We progressed through five different bottles and styles of wine and got an amazing education on the selections. I felt like I was on the Magic with all the personell attention.

Back to work tomorrow. ARRRRGGG, our active directory migration has been a complete nightmare.

Mary and Avé hope you both had a great Birthday.

Got back from Hershey last night about 8:30. We had a blast. It was little chilly, but Haley still managed to ride so many rides. We even saw Santa's reindeer. Hershey Lodge was a great place to stay so we think we're going to make this a yearly tradition. Now I have to go to Costco and get the digital pics printed that I took or It'll take me days to print them out (I took 79).

Just got home from meeting with the builder. Signed our contract! Next step meeting with "bank guy" to go over final paperwork. Might see begining construction sometime in Jan. Then house is "supposed" to be finished in 150 days. Now I'm starting to get excited! Going over to the lot tomorrow and sprinkle some pixie dust around. Counldn't hurt.

Oh man, I'm the last person to give advice........you can see all the success I'm having. We had lots of activity last weekend and maybe even some interest, but at this point I'm grasping at straws. Guess I'm being tested.......

I've got 2 kids home for the holidays aleady. One of them is my indentured servant until he earns back what the accident cost us. (I think just the $500 deductible). Everytime he earns $100 I'm giving him either an afternoon or evening off. I can't believe I actually have to "ground" a college student, but he has to be responsible for his actions and if he really kicks b-u-t-t, he'll have it all done by Christmas. I'm such a mean mother. Hopefully, my car will be back this week. It's so hard to be without it this time of year.

Hi Everyone--- We are back from our Holiday Visit to the Mouse. We got back Monday evening, I just didn't have time to post until now. Weather was warm the first 2 days and then got cooler. However, as Norm pointed out to me that the low there isn't as cold as the high here. The weekends were packed at WDW all the hotels were filled and the parks were jammed. Saturday night we went over to MGM to see the Spectacle of Lights and just getting in was a Spectacle. The lines were out to the area where they check your bags. People were jammed up trying to get out of the park and into it. It was the most disorganized I have ever seen at Disney. Disney did a nice job with moving the lights onto NY Street, but no hologram angles and special glasses this year. Candlelight Procession is still my favorite, we did it twice once with the dinner package. This year Epcot added a special ending to Illuminations for the holidays which had a ton of extra fireworks in red and green and played to Let There Be Peace On Earth. We also did MVMCP, but I don't know if we will do it again next year. They don't change anything from year to year same shows, same parade, same background for the picture, plus they no longer gave out the special buttons for the event. You would think since you have to pay extra to go to this they would change some things. I think next year we are going to go for a week, we still haven't gotten to all the hotels to see the decorations plus would like to take the behind the scenes holiday tour. Since I am not using any DVC points for cruises I hope we can stay back at Old Key West, I am now tired of staying at the WDW resorts and ready to get back to DVC.

Happy Belated Birthday to Ave and Mary. Ave hope the construction goes well.

Renee glad you like Hershey. We used to go there alot when my boys were small. They do a nice job with decorating the park.

Jeanne--- You are my kind of Mom. DS#1 in his junior year totalled Norm's old car, and was paying us back with manual labor for quite awhile. Plus Norm was going to buy a new car and give him that old one, so he lost out on getting a car in the process.

For my Amazing Race fans, who got kicked off last night. I feel asleep about half way into the show.
