when I write long posts I highlight all the text from time to time and hit 'CTRL/C' to save it - just in case.
I'm so grateful that the IT-guys in my company do a great job: We seldom have problems, but if we have them those guys bust their butts to fix them in no time. The only major problem we had in the last months was caused by an outsite contractor who shorted our power-supply when they were installing a back-up-system for aforementioned power-supply
They blew up computer-hardware in excess of 40,000 ($52,000) and crippled our system for nearly 36 hours. We had parts to be flown in and our IT-guys worked around the clock to fix everything. Needless to say that theat outside contractor had to pay the bill
