1 YO at US?

Is there a lot a 1yo can do at US?

There is a small splash ground in the Curious George section. There really isn't much to do. Although I see a lot of babies in strollers when we are there, and they seem to be enjoying the noise, and the colors, and people walking around.

No, not a lot. But there isn't a lot in WDW for a 1yo either.
