1-TS credit meal for "date night"?

I thought I had my dining choices all finalized, and started drooling, I mean looking at, the menus. I had chosen San Angel Inn for its atmosphere, for a "date night" (kid-free, yippee!). :hyper2:
But, I'm thinking that the menu may not suit my or DH's tastes very well (I like but don't LOVE Mexican or TexMex food, whereas DH is neutral about it).
Anyone have a suggestion for a quiet place to use 1credit to split a meal (eating late as a snack more than a dinner).

FWIW, I'd like to avoid a repeat, and we've already got ARs at:
Chef Mickey's (breakfast), Mama Melrose's, Cinderella's Royal Table (dinner) Biergarten, Whispering Canyon (dinner), Liberty Tree Tavern, Spoodles, Brown Derby, Kona Cafe (breakfast) and LeCellier Steakhouse- (dinner).

Seafood not preferred since we're splitting (and only one of us eats fish/seafood!)

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I would have to go wuith the Grand Floridian Cafe. You can have a nice quiet meal there (usually only one or two couples there right before closing) and then head out to the area in front of Gasparillas to watch the fireworks at the MK. My girlfriend and I make a point to do this everytime we are at WDW. Even though we don't have children it feels like a date and it is pretty romantic if you can find the right spot for the fireworks.

I got an ADR for Concourse Steakhouse for a quiet night for us to celebrate our anniversary.

Some of my favorite romantic meals:

Grand Floridian Cafe -- I agree with saddison about everything, AND they have awesome desserts for sharing. Mini ones where you'd each get one bite and a chocolate fondue for two. YUMMY!

Brown Derby -- Snuggle up in a booth and enjoy the ambience. I've always had fantastic service here, too. And while I know opinions differ, I adore the Grapefruit cake.

Is Bistro de Paris on the list? I'm thinking no, but if it is, it's an amazingly romantic spot, especially if you can score a window seat! You can people watch and enjoy the lights from the park (and if you're lucky, the fireworks, too!).

Jiko at AKL -- While DH didn't LOVE the food here, and we WAY overeat (sharing would have been a good idea that night), it was a great atmosphere and we especially loved the desserts. FANTASTIC service!!!

Olivia's at OKW -- When we want some quiet downtime in a great atmosphere, especially after dark, we get a seat outside at Olivia's and have a light meal. With the tropical music playing and the twinkly lights all over, it's a great place to just relax! I recommend the Turtle Crawl at the Gurgling Suitcase for a pre-dinner cocktail!

We love O'hana as a romantic spot -- always ask for a window seat and, if we're too early for fireworks, we go to the beach (if you can score a hammock, bonus!) and enjoy them out there. Since you'll be on credits, you could do Kona Cafe. Not quite as romantic, but the food and service are great!

I'm not familiar with the dining plan because I'm a DVC member and therefore, we don't qualify, but I hope some of these suggestions will help you!
