So heres the the thing, we are staying at SSR in a 2 bed villa with our DS, DDIL and DGD 3 on the DDP we are one booking No. We will not be having all meals as one family as they will be mostly at MK and we will not. When we want to make our ADRs how will they know we are not trying to make multiple reservations at the same times but at different venues if that makes sense. Thought I had read that it showed up on the system if times were within a certain time slot they would not allow it. This was to stop people making multiple reservations and then not showing at one of the venues. Will it show 2 adults at one place and 2 adults and 1 child at another and allow the booking to be made

TIA Michael

it should be fine. I think the only time it is an issue is when you use the same name, contact info at the same time. Meaning if you book your own with your own info and your DS books his own with his own info...it's fine

The restaurant reservation system does not know how many people are on your room reservation, nor does it care. You can make a restaurant reservation for as many guests as you want.

The only thing it will not do is allow you to make two reservations under the same name at the same time. If you have conflicting reservations it will prompt you to cancel one. If you want to split your group up to have 2 meals at the same time, consider making the reservations under different names, which you can do if you make one and your son makes one.

I was trying to do mine as the "use your dining plan to book" and of course it wouldn't let me make conflicting ADRs. What I did was book the meals we were all going to eat together, then book one set of the "split" meals, then I called Disney and explained to her what I was doing and she went ahead and booked the meals that were in "conflict".

I guess I could have just logged out and booked them under my daughter's name without tying them to my account, but that worked just as well and the CM was very helpful. Plus, now all my reservations show up online together.

Yes as the PP's have said, you can just book them under different names and that will be no big deal. You don't even need a resort reservation to book ADR's.

But if you want them to show up on your Disney reservations page online, you may want to call Disney as speak to a CM about your changes.

Thanks for your help, guess we will just ring in and let the CMs do what ever is needed. Once again thanks :)

Michael
