Hello!
My boyfriend and I have been researching DVC to hopefully buy in the future (after he is off furlough.)
We decided on possibly buying into Riviera so I booked a 1 night stay so we could try it out but then discovered the resale stipulation so now we are debating Riviera or an older property.
What would you do?... Stay one night Riviera (studio standard) OR for the same price we can stay a night at POP AND a night at SSR (standard studio) and do a split stay. My boyfriend has Never stayed at a WDW resort so we are already doing one night at CR and one night at WL(CC studio.) He decided he would rather hop around for our staycation and try different resorts. We will not be going to any parks as my seasonal CM park admission is blocked at least through Sept. 30th.
At this time, I'm not sure what older property we would consider buying as we have to factor in how many years we would own it vs. how many points we would want to get that would make it still affordable if we buy a house in the next year. We are FL residents, boyfriend has a WDW AP.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Thank you!!!!!
