Have you thought about making something with your 4 yr old as a countdown tool? We made a paper chain at 30 days and every day the boys got to rip a chain off. It was great seeing that chain get smaller every day.
This time around, can't do anything - trip is a suprise for the boys.

Seriously, I can not wait. My kids are super excited and the hubby is just like yeah whatever...lol what a bummer. I know he is excited he just doesnt show it. Niether of us have been to WDW ever and this is the kids first trip also so it will be extra magical!

A paper chain is easy. I bought some Mickey scrapbooking paper at Michaels or AC Moore and cut strips of paper. Had the boys use glue stick or staples (can't remember) to make the chain. Then, we hung the chain in our kitchen window so we would see it all the time. Removing the link is the first thing one of them would do every morning.
As for DH -- are you married to the same man I'm married to? Mine could care less.
