Its been nearly a month since I came home from my holiday in Florida and I was so happy to be home. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy the holiday as I had a good time there. I would have enjoyed it even more if I wasn't ill with chickenpox
It appears I might have caught it on the plane there and had it throughout the 2 weeks I was there. I was ok for the first week but in the second week, I felt sick all evening one night and then felt ok but drained on the last 2 days of the holiday. I didn't know I had chickenpox till the day after I came home. Ended up in hospital for 3 days. It was horrible.
I don't think I'll be able to do a trip report on the holiday as I have no photos and I can't remember what I did most of the days there. I did manage to film it all on camera but I don't have a lead to connect it to the PC.
I loved the theme parks and Disneyworld but sadly I won't be going back again. Its mainly the flights that are the problem. They were so long and unbearable. It was worth it the first time but this time, it was terrible. Even though me and the family were in premium economy on Monarch, it still wasn't good. There was only a little bit extra leg room, the food was terrible, it was difficult to get some sleep and all the films on the in-flight entertainment were rubbish. Being ill on the flight home made it even worse. I could hardly eat or sleep.
I'm so sorry that I can't tell everyone here about my holiday
