we are there next week and have one day to spend in the parks , we have park hoppers , what is a must of what to see in each park

One day trips are tough because in choosing what to do, there will always be something fabulous left out. A lot depends on your preferences and what's important to you. I would not try and visit more than two of the parks. Trying to hit 3 or 4 of the parks when you can only fastpass headliners in one of them is not worth the effort.

If you want the 'Disney' experience, then Magic Kingdom needs to be the biggest part of your plan. Whether you do RD there and hop somewhere else or start at the secondary park and hop to MK really depends on what you want to Fastpass and what nighttime entertainment you prefer.

If I was in your position, I would do the following. But, keep in mind, I've been there several times in the past.
- Rope Drop MK. Do as much as I can without FPs and leave during or after the afternoon parade (depending on whether you want to see it or not).
- I would hop to HS, use FPs (if available at this late date) on RNR, Tower of Terror, and Star Tours. Do standby for TSMM, as the 3rd track seems to really help with wait times. At the end of the day, I would choose between Fantasmic and the Star Wars fireworks, unless I could find a way to do both.

Now, all of that is based on my ability to secure fastpasses on short notice for what I want to do at HS. I avoided Epcot because the premiere attractions (Soarin', Frozen, and Test Track) are all Tier 1 FPs and the standby wait times are ridiculous. I love AK, and could easily do FPs for Everest, the Safari, and Dinosaur, but the Fantasmic/Star Wars combo easily beats out the Jungle Book show at AK.

Another option would be to flip the order and do HS first and MK second. Hit RNR at Rope drop, TOT immediately thereafter, and take your chances with TSMM. Star Tours and the Great Movie ride are doable later in the day without fastpasses. If you go this route, I would also recommend catching a show or two at HS. If MK is your second park, then your FP choices are more plentiful, and there re no tiers to mess with what you can choose. You'll basically be substituting Wishes and the Electrical parade for Fantasmic/Star Wars fireworks. I still personally prefer the MK to HS approach, but reversing the order would be my choice if I could not get decent FPs at HS.
