1 Day Park Hopper!

Hey folks. I had no plans on going to WDW this year as we spent our Disney time this year in DLR. However, my cousin gave us 1 day park hoppers to thank us for some furniture we gave him for his new house. It was a nice surprise, and since we're going to Sarasota for 3 weeks in August we'll be able to spend a day at WDW.

Now, my question is, how should I go about FP+? Can we wait until a couple of days before we decide to go to reserve FP's? The one I really want to reserve is the 7 dwarves mine car. As long as I get to do that, I'll be happy. When do you guys suggest we should reserve? ASAP? or is it possible to do it a few days before we go (which we don't know when we're going yet.)

I will have to look into what day would be best but I'm guessing towards the middle of our trip would be better (so maybe August 12 or 13.)

Also, how would you spend you 1 day park hopper? I'm thinking Epcot in the morning and MK in the evening.

Depends on the hours at MK.

I don't want to be a wet blanket because that is a lovely gift. However, are you sure these are new tickets? I ask because I'm sure you know that if they are leftover days on someone else's tickets you won't be able to use them. Just a thought, and I'm sure none of my business.

LOL that would suck huh? Yea I'm pretty sure they are new. He told me he bought them and them look like they're in mint condition. If they're not, I may just spend the day at Universal instead.
