1 Day Memory Maker for Mickey's Not So Scary Party?

Did anyone see if the 1 Day Memory Maker was available at the Halloween party? If so, how early can you purchase it and where can we purchase it? We will be in the parks earlier and hoping to be able to pick it up in the afternoon.

It will be available, but not for the September parties, only the October ones.
