We’re one of those unusual families that actually buys 1 day park tickets. We stay at Bonnet Creek, spend most of the week swimming and relaxing, and throw in one intensive open-to-close park day. We also like to do some Disney “side dishes”- mini-golf, a character meal, fireworks across the lake, shopping, etc.
Next year we are thinking of trying the Disney water parks. I noticed a ticket that might fit our needs perfectly- the 1 Day Hopper Plus. It would allow us to visit some highlight rides in a couple parks, and also do the water parks.
My question is- how/why is this ticket such a good deal? All of the other Hopper Plus tickets give you an equal number of park days and “extras” admissions. But this ticket gives you 1 theme park day and *2* water park (or other) admissions. This is a significant savings for us vs paying a la carte.
Has anyone here taken advantage of this ticket? Is it as good as it appears to be on paper?
