We have one day on the last Sat in July to visit IOA before checking in at Disney. We've never been to Universal Orlando but went to Universal Hollywood a couple of years ago. We are staying at The Doubletree partner hotel and plan to take advantage of EE to visit Harry.

Appreciate suggestions on which islands of the park and in what order once we are done with the WWOHP. Is the Suess area strictly for little kiddos and something we should skip over with our boys?

We are planning on arriving early and will stay until we aren't having fun anymore before checking in at Disney, probably sometime in the afternoon.

Thanks!

Once done with WWoHP, I'd just pick a direction and go around the lake doing what you want to do until you see Hogsmeade again. I think Seuss Landing is geared for the 10-and-under set, but that doesn't mean they won't be interested. I enjoy both Cat in the Hat and Trolley Train Ride and I'm 44.

Marvel island! My 3 teens enjoyed cat in the hat and walking through the Seuss area.

My two kids were 8 and 10 last year when we were there. My advice is to leave HP world and turn right......this will bring you to Jurassic Park where you will find a must-do....the JP River Adventure, Toon Lagoon is next with Popeye and Blutos Bilge Rat Barges, and Dudley DoRights Ripsaw Falls (both very wet rides), which will bring you to Marvel Superhero Island with Spiderman, Dr. Doom's Fearfall, and the Hulk megacoaster. There is not a whole lot for tweens at Dr. Suess but there are a couple of okay attractions at the Lost Continent with Poseidon's Fury and the Sindbad stage show if you have time.

My kids love the big rides and all the ones I listed above at Jurassic Park, Toon Lagoon, and Marvel Superhero Island are must-dos (but you may want to leave the wet rides for last). Have fun!!!!
