Im doing the DOC DANCE!!! Came tonight via FEDEX!!!!
And....at 6:30pm!!! WOW late!

So far, no luck in southeast GA & northeast FL finding the cheesecake hershey's kisses, but I am still on the lookout!

Good Morning!!!

We're almost on the Magic, almost, 3 weeks and 1 day.

We are supposed to have our Christmas celebration with our Michigan grandkids and their parents this weekend. Our plan is to meet in Ann Arbor at the children's hands-on science center, then head to the hotel and swim, open gifts, have dinner, etc. We may or may not postpone our get together, depending on how the weather is later tonight or tomorrow morning. When my DD told her 4 year old DS that we may not be getting together because of the snow, he replied: "Let's go to Cocoa Beach and go on the Disney Wonder!" I don't think Sean realizes that his Nana is cruising in three weeks.

All DISers affected by this snow storm, stay safe and warm.

Jan - stay safe this weekend! How long is the drive to Ann Arbor for you? Everything around here is cancelled - I'm sure it's the same for you. We've got 7 inches so far and it's still coming down HARD!!! Love it!! So, are you goign to tell your grandkids that you're taking a cruise without them???

We live about 50 minutes from Ann Arbor. The grandkids aren't aware, yet, that Carla and I are cruising.

Oh shoot -I didn't think of that -I was thinking names would be on the FE's and we could figure it out.
Anyone not have names on their FE's? Mine say Liz and Meg on the front.
Maybe everyone can just post here what their kiddo's names are here so that if you are giving a gift that is gender specific, you can jot them down!

Also- wiseman & lattemom Mac is still wanting favorite colors for Margie & Kayla please. It is for her FE gift for them. Liz- are you planning to spend entire day at Paradise Beach? We might do a cab to San Gervasio then go to the beach after? Not sure yet. Can a cab fit 6?

Anyone else have teens going on 1-10-2009? Our twin 17 year old DDs are wondering if there will be any other teens on board.

We'll be on board with our 2 DD's. My younger DD is 18, just home from college. She arrived BEFORE the snowstorm that just dumped on us today!

We have NOT received our cruise doc's yet!! Boy will we be dancing when they do arrive....we all are soooo ready to get out of this snow and cold!

Spent yesterday shovelling and looks like tomorrow will be the same. Love the snow, hate the shovelling. DD felt just looking at the snow was a good reason for hot chocolate. That Caribbean sun iand surf s sure looking good right now.

No cruise doc's yet, but today will be too busy to think about it. Ds has a b-day party, the girls both have dance Christmas parties and it's parents "watch day", and we have our neighborhood holiday party tonight. Lying on the ship with a tropical drink is sounding pretty good right now!!! Kayla's favorite color is hot pink - this coming from a child who would absolutely not wear anything pink from the ages of 3 to 8 !
