Oh man I am about to bust a gut keeping this secret!!! It is the hardest thing to do!
She has NO CLUE - and I mean NONE - that she is going on this cruise. She suspects we are either going to WDW or going to Hawaii (??????????????).

I just underwent a really horrible and intensive treatment for a 'woman problem' this past week and am very weak and tired. I am hoping to get my energy back up over the next 2 weeks. So if you see me sleeping alot in the adult area, that would be why. LOL.
After a week in WDW (and I am seriously considering renting an ECV for Epcot), I am going to be relaxing nicely on the ship!

As for the FE list - there is one person I have not heard from, so I will strike them off the list and total it up tonight on that website!

In regards to the FE list:

I know I mentioned this before, but nobody really responded either way. Do you think it would be helpful to maybe split the families up to deposit their "treasures" on certain days to spread the FE fun out? I've seen this mentioned in other threads and just wanted to mention it one last time before the list is finalized. I'm not dead set either way, just wanted to throw it out there as an option to possibly avoid FE's packed with treats the first couple of days and nothing toward the end.

What do you think???

Either way works for me too. I noticed on the info of the official listing it asks us to pass them out throughout the week so maybe that will do it?

I am just excited to get going but I also know once we get there it is going to go way too quickly!

I had a really hard time deciding betw. Nachi and Paradise beaches too. If we were just taking the 2 older kids, the toys on Paradise look fun, but we thought it would be much easier to keep an eye on our "very active " 2 year old at Nachi. I must have read the same reviews as you Tinkluvr! Good and bad for both . I think we are doing stingrays at 10:00? I'll check to make sure!
Forgot to add that dh and I are doing Palo brunch on Thurs. So excited to meet everyone!

I was going to do a schedule with the FE but then thought it just becomes too much over planning for people. I say just go toss your stuff in at some point. We don't have a ton of families so you won't be coming back to stuff all the time anyway.
I think if we had had 40 or 50 families doing this we would need to schedule, but with only have 47 total people, so I think if everyone just picks a time to do it when they have a chance it will work best. JMO.

Oh I really wanted to go to Nachi, but I just know if given the choice, Meg would choose Paradise. She will be all excited by those big water toys - she is a swimmer and a water baby, so she would not want to miss out on that fun stuff!

Sounds good to me! Just got our FE today from Tiffany and it looks great! She did an awesome job. Don't forget to bring a cable tie to make sure nobody can take your FE off the fish.

We are flying down and I need some help. Our 3 yr old DD is timid of new things. We are trying to hype up flying, and one of our fiends is a pilot for Cont. What are some ideas you all have when it comes to her flying for the first time?

When my son was young and took him on a plane for the first time, we got a few books from the library and just always talked about it like it was no big deal. If you make it seem like a big deal she will feed off that.

Mine have flown from a few weeks old but my best friend's little girl was going thru the same thing. She got a video about flying from the library. I think it was a reading rainbow but I am not sure. She also read an article in what was then Disney Family magazine- gosh I miss that one!- anyway the article said to be sure you have their favorite snack and snuggle toy and to introduce them to the pilot if you can. We fly Delta and they are always very willing to meet the kids. Good luck.

I'm fine with handing out the FE gifts whenever. I'll try to hold on to mine until the last couple days. But, I may get all obsessive about having my staterooms neat and clean and just HAVE to get rid of them earlier in the week.

I need to look up all these beaches. I didn't really look into the beaches because we aren't really beach people. But one with water toys? Somehow I missed that one. Hmmmmm . . . decisions.

I wish I could help the flyer!! My kids have never flown. We always drive.

Lollipop - I hope you recover quickly from your procedure. Those types of things are never fun! (I had one back in September - ugh).

We're expecting another major storm tomorrow. We just had a nice one last night - I think we got about 4 inches. We've had so much snow and ice already. I CANNOT wait until Jan 10!!!
