Are there any categories that go quicker than others??

Well we can't use the 2007 cruise as a guide because of the split between new cruisers and repeat cruisers. Here is how it sold out for the 2006 cruise (call in December 2005)


12:48 pm categories 7 & 8 were gone

1:13 pm categories 5, 7, 8, & 9 were gone

2:18 pm categories 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 were gone

4:41 pm cruise sold out


Now for this year I would think cat 6 would be first to go since so many of those were used for those who added on points.

Just one more day until we call!!!!!

Yeah for getting the phone fixed! I think we'll be in the chat room around 8:45 or so Eastern. The focus for everyone will be getting through on the phone but it is helpful to hear others getting through and we all celebrate as each family makes it in . Remember you just have to hit the word chat on the red bar above but I'll also put a link up in the thread itself tomorrow morning.

Wonder how many of us will be booked by this time tomorrow!

I'll be coming into the Chat room tomorrow - need to check if my roomie gets thru - it will be much earlier out here so I'm hoping for the best. I am using dialup at my aunt's home so I will only have a cell phone to use to try and get thru and I do tend to lose the tower every now and then so I pray that doesn't happen tomorrow! Thanks for the info. It makes since that they chose cat 6s for the incentive since they were the last verandah cat to sell last time. But it definitely cuts down on this year's inventory.

Just curious, did they offer cat 3s and 4s that year? Or was it just the 12s that were left at 2:18?

They did have 3's and 4's that year. The only ones they don't sell for this cruise are the 1's and 2's.

Wow, we are trying for catergory 8 so I hope I get through in a decent time. If 8 doesn't fly we will go to 9.

Based on previous years, did you have to enter any prompts like connect 2 for MS and blah blah blah, or does it go through automatically.

Good luck to those trying to book tomorrow.

Two & three years ago, it seemed as if those on cell phones were getting through quicker than land lines. And, try to call the 407 # instead of the 800 number, that seems to have worked a tad better in the past.

Whatever happens, if you don't get hung up on, whether you hear music or just nothing, stay on the line, you have gotten through. Make sure and give the CM as soon as they answer your phone number in case you get disconnected.

My mom does not want to go w/o the whole family and she is not down with the mother/daughter thing. I was thinking of going with my mom and my daughter but now I will have to find that second adult person to go with or suck it up and pay the daughter rate for my daughter. Uggg, I don't know what I am going to do and we have to call in tomorrow morning.
