Happy Friday all! I am finally getting a moment to sit down and look at my email and other things! With having those 2 trips so close together, I had work piled up beyond belief, and the girls had alot going this week.

Krystina had her last chorus concert...It was very good, and the performed one of my favorite songs from Josh Groban...You raise me up.

Didnt really get to look over the last posts that I've missed, but I did see one about Palo brunch, and we are going to try to get a ressie for brunch. I'm not a huge fan, but Tim loves it! I'm very picky on my food, so its not a great value for me, but I found somethings I like there!

Well, I have to get back to work, hope everyone has a great weekend! We have garage cleaning planned so we can have the village wide garage sale next weekend! Hopefully we unload alot of things we dont need! See everyone soon!

Good morning everyone! Boy was I beat. slept in until 7 am this morning which is unusual for me (of course it was 5 am Vegas time).

All in all a very productive week. Tuesday was training and Wednesday through Friday morning was the actual conference. Got some good networking in and I think I understand a bit more about the product now.

We did tons of walking after hours. Tuesday night we walked from our hotel (MGM Grand) all the way to Treasure Island and then back! Stopped and watched the show at the Bellagio which was awesome.

Wednesday night was a dinner sponsored by the conference at the Stratosphere. Very cool! They even had free tickets to ride the rides which I passed on. The view from up there was amazing and dinner was awesome.

Thursday night we took the monorail & shuttle to go see the Wynn and then walked back from there to the hotel.

This weekend there is a Country awards show happening from the MGM so some of the stars started arriving early. I didn't see any but I heard Trace Atkins was there and someone named Taylor something (a girl) was doing a mini concert by the pool one day.

It feels really good to be home. I missed Mark and I missed you guys too!

No I didn't win. I only play the penny slots for fun. So some wins and some losses. Overall I think I'm down about $40.

Yay! Hope your plan works out for you and you are able to join us. The Member Cruise is fantastic!

There have been conflicting reports, so I think availability varies now at any given time. The last I had heard there were limited cabins in categories 11 and 10. Now that can be very different depending on when you call. MS will work with you as far as "juggling" points, they did a great job last year when I booked the Mediterranean cruise and had to move, borrow and juggle, lol.

They are open 7 days a week so give them a call and let us know how you make out! Good luck!

Just wanted to check back in... I called last Sunday and got told "NADA"

So I just checked the member website (for another reason) and saw that the news STILL says it's "availalbe" I decided to email them and suggest they UPDATE the news.

So right now we aren't doing this cruise. I may call again and see if things change, but.. I am fine if we can find another date!

The are slow in updating the WEB Site. I EMAILed member services about when are they going to Update the DVC site as well. They said they are finalizing plans and to check it everyday.

I am packing now leaving for Beach Club in the am, for 2 glorious weeks!

My twins are joining us mid week.

BTW DVC I agree with Bruce. It is well past time to update the website. Winter is long gone (thank goodness) and with only 18 weeks to go it would be nice to know more about the cruise).

Good morning all- from the beach. Had a very nice day on the beach. It's amazing how much stonger the sun is when you are sitting in the sand. Ended the day with a great dinner at Osaka- a Japanese Hibatchi place- too much food but it was delocious. 14 of us. My mom was thrilled, but my wallet isn't- but oh well she will only be 87 once.

Not much different planned for today- cooking breakfast then off to church. There is an arts & crafts fair at the park gownn the road, but I think I would like to just sit and read at the beach. Definately need more sun screen today. DS #2 worked the beach yesterday. His condo was packed so he made $100 in tips.

We want to do Palo on Pirate night as well. The menu was yucky in the dining room.

I'm thinking of doing Palo for pirate night dinner. ( I don't like that menu)

Good morning Mary. Monday and Tuesday are my days off in my part time job the only drawback is that I have to work Saturday and Sunday. Im glad it only last until the end of next month.
My supervisor has told me I can do it next year if I want to.

We had a very nice time. yesterday was windy so not much beach time. But it was still nice to be at the beach.

Dan- No I didn't get any emails. Give it another try. It's a short week for us. We are going to Little Rock for a wedding. So we are all off Friday.
