Glad to hear everyone is making it home safely.

Congrats to everyone who booked the 10/24/09 7 day. Looks to be a great group of DISers on that cruise and I know you will have a blast!

We had a great time on this Members cruise . As Joan said we meet a lot of new friends and got reaquainted with our old friends. We will all miss you on next years cruise. I think you have heard we have booked the 7 day Eastern.
Coercin in the Tropic worked ask Joan. Along with Joanne and Roger we found out this morning Leisha and Tom Gosling will be joinin us.

I want to go with you all!! I can't though. With our trip to Hawaii in September (which will be two weeks), I just can't manage it. (Not that I am complaining about Hawaii). I just hope we will have another chance to cruise together. Maybe we could even manage a non-cruise, land-based trip to WDW since we are all DVC members.

I am ready any time!

Ok, Frank can't go on the 10/24/09, 7 day cruise on the Magic. But I could if I borrowed vacation...

Would you all be willing to adopt me for the week if I came by myself? Even though I would miss Frank, I would LOVE to sail with you guys again - I am going through major withdrawal this week!

I am home and with a nice head cold, I got it somewhat Thursday when we got off the ship, but really more on Friday. I think my worst days were yesterday and today, only because I am so tired.

We left WDW Sunday at 10am and arrived home at 5am this morning, I walked right into my bedroom and went to sleep until about 11 when some telemarketer called - argh.

So today is unpack and boy do we have a lot of stuff, laundry, clean up and general try to get back to life. I swear it takes a week just to organize from vacation.

I will check back in later about what I liked and disliked about the cruise later.

You guys are making we wish we were booking that one but we just can't do both the Member Cruise and another so soon after. Plus we already have plans to come down sometime in May to see the parks and visit with our friends.

I know you are all going to have a blast and I truly hope we get to sail with you again some day.

Kathy and I are already booked at the Atrium Club at the Contemporary at the end of January. She is coming down on Jan. 24 and I am coming (in the evening) the following day. We are staying until Friday. Anyone interested in joining us?

So what did you think about the cruise? Well I can only compare it to 2005 and I think that one is still number 1 on my list. Although I'm not crazy about Key West Maybe I'm still on the high of that being my 1st cruise so nothing will beat it.

What did you like? I liked the fact that Disney works hard to focus everything around DVC (welcome home signs on the boat, at CC and even Route 66). Adding those extra touches and more really adds to the desire to go on a Members Only Cruise vs a regular Disney Cruise.

Anything you didn't like? I wasn't impressed by the star lineup. I also thought that maybe...just maybe they would have more activities on CC since they were stopping there twice other than the paid excursions. Also, Pirate night was better in '05 so that was disappointing.

What is your favorite memory? My favorite memory is watching Rheya stare at the characters during Pirate night and swimming in the pool and at CC.

Overall we had a BLAST and definitely will be going again, and again, and again!

I'm back in Michigan again - already saw the grandkids!

Karen is heading home tonight also and we had a great time meeting everyone and having fun time with old friends and new! It was great to be part of such a fun group!

I ran into Amanda and Annette last night as I was heading back to BCV to pack - so there was still a few of us left having fun for a few more days.

Back to reality in the morning.
